I was going well and had no problems until my friend also bought fc* so I reset my progress so I could Progress with him. When I restarted I don’t have my season pass content. This ticket has been active for * weeks to a month and Ubisoft hasn’t contacted me at all. So frustrating!

Missing items happen all the time. If you are looking to recover one you will need to report it immediately. If you deleted the item you most likely cannot get it back.

Now I can’t get any of my guns back. The special ones from the season pass. I redownloaded them and reinstalled them and they appeared so I went to the gun shop and added them to my inventory . All good until I died then they disappeared . So back at the gun shop and they have disappeared from there too.**So I uninstalled it yesterday and redownloaded it . Still haven’t got my guns I paid for with the season pass. *How come Ubisoft won’t do anything about this?*Can’t get them back at all.*Please help
