I am trying to access my old account but I am unable to reset the password. Despite trying all possible variations and using the "forgot password" option, I cannot log in successfully. The system prompts me to receive a password reset via voice or SMS, but I do not receive the SMS message. Can you assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you.

I am a restaurant owner who does not partner with Uber Eats. In the past three weeks, this has happened five times where a driver comes to pick up an order, but their card is declined. Consequently, the customers get upset, thinking we declined the order, and they express their frustration to us. I made an order today and received the wrong one. I got notifications that the delivery was on its way, but the receipt doesn't show on the app. My credit card got charged $38.49. I contacted the restaurant, but they have no record of my order. I'm really frustrated about this situation, and I believe the driver may have mixed up or deleted my order. I would appreciate a prompt response.

Hello, I am reaching out because I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my PayPal account for UBEREATS. The charge amount was $28.68 and it occurred at 11:48pm on December 8th, [redacted]. The transaction was made using my PayPal card that ends in ([redacted]) and I can confirm that I am not a UBEREATS customer. I have already filed a dispute with PayPal regarding this charge. As this payment was made using a prepaid debit card, it has affected my available funds, which I needed for my commute to work tomorrow. I would appreciate it if someone could get in touch with me about this issue as soon as possible.

I had an Uber Eats driver visit my restaurant to pick up an order. However, when I tried to process the payment for the $72.61 order, the credit card was declined three times. The driver contacted Uber Eats support and was informed that the card couldn't be used due to the Pin location being slightly off. They were advised to wait for 5 minutes and try again, but the payment was still declined. Eventually, we were informed that the order had been cancelled after the food had been ready for 10 minutes. I require assistance with refunding a guest for menu items that have not been available for over a year but are still displaying on the app. Despite removing these items, they continue to be ordered. I ordered Harold's chicken for myself and the girls, but the delivery never arrived! I reached out to the company, and it shows that I was charged $0.00. I'm not sure if this means a refund was issued, but I want to clarify that I never got my order. I attempted to use the credit I received from a previous poor experience with Uber Eats. Despite selecting to use the credit and choosing it as my payment method, I ended up being charged the full price for my order. I am unable to cancel the order at this point. My experience with Uber Eats has been consistently troublesome, and I am dissatisfied. The restaurant even suggested using alternative services due to the unnecessary problem. This issue could be easily resolved with human interaction. I simply want a refund to avoid using Uber in the future.

As an Allied Universal Security Officer, my role requires checking valid IDs for entry. The driver in question, Latoya, operating a white Honda Civic with CA license plate 8PFC696, consistently refuses to show proper identification and has been confrontational during interactions. This driver, Latoya, is the sole Uber Eats delivery person visiting our location multiple times per week. If this behavior persists, the driver will no longer be permitted entry onto the property for deliveries. I am experiencing issues with the app not processing my payments. I have attempted to create new accounts and re-enter my valid Visa and AMEX cards, but I keep receiving the error message "Try Another Payment Method - Payment wasn't possible with the selected method. Please use another method to continue." This is urgent as I need to place 12 orders for delivery by 12pm tomorrow for a business meeting. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find assistance through your online resources to resolve this problem.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address a concerning issue related to an order I placed on November 28th under order #DD61B with UberEats. Despite the order being cancelled on the same day, I was informed that a temporary hold for £16.09 would be placed on my account, which should have disappeared within 3-5 business days. Upon checking with my bank on December 7th, it came to my attention that the amount was not released but instead charged by UberEats. Despite reaching out to UberEats for assistance, the responses I received were contradictory and unhelpful, insisting that I contact my bank for resolution. I stress that according to the Consumer Rights Act [redacted], I am entitled to a full refund as the service was not provided due to UberEats cancelling the order, violating the contract formed upon order placement. I have attached screenshots of my interactions with Uber Support as evidence of my attempts to address this issue, which have been met with unsatisfactory responses and, in my view, non-compliance with the law. A charge of £9.80 was deducted from my account on November 29, [redacted], even though I was informed via email that the restaurant (Pizza Store) had canceled the order and no payment would be processed. Surprisingly, the amount was deducted from my American Express card, while the order was placed by my mother using the Uber Eats mobile app. My mother's name is Pallavi Uppalapati. I used a $15 off voucher for my order without any issues. After completing the transaction, I received a receipt email the next day showing that the $15 discount was removed, and I was charged the full amount. UberEATS did not inform me about this change; they simply removed the voucher silently. I reached out to their support team, and a representative claimed the promo was not valid, even though it was applied at checkout. I have a screenshot of the voucher being applied during checkout, which contradicts their claim of it being nonexistent. The situation seems suspicious.

I bought an Uber Eats Pass and got a confirmation email saying it's ready, but I didn't receive the discounts (no delivery fee and 5% off service fee) when ordering. In the app, I'm being told it wasn't active when I placed the order. It doesn't make sense to order first and then activate the pass. I'd like a refund for the pass and the discounts I'm owed, or cancel the pass. This experience is disappointing.

I am frustrated with the customer service. They keep insisting that my entire bill was charged back by my credit card or PayPal, but that is not the case. After contacting both my credit card company and PayPal, I confirmed that the bill was indeed paid. I provided customer service with screenshots of my transactions and transaction authorization codes, but they are not responding. This has been a very disappointing experience. I have decided not to use UberEats again; I will be switching to DoorDash.

Hello, I am new to Uber Eats and recently received a $50 coupon from my employer, TD Bank. However, when I tried to apply the coupon while placing an order, the app displayed an error message stating it could not be applied. I saw the coupon on the screen under CPET but was unable to proceed with the order. Last night, I experienced billing issues with Uber Eats after using a voucher from Dell.com. Despite paying $40 through the voucher, when my order from Wawa, store #[redacted], arrived totaling $58.09, items were missing. Despite attempting to contact the driver and store, the missing items were not resolved. Eventually, after several emails from Uber Eats and checking with Discover, I realized I was charged $47.33, nearly the amount I should have paid minus the missing items, in addition to the $40 voucher amount. Now, I am seeking a refund of the $40 charged to my Discover account. This situation has been frustrating, especially having to explain the missing food to my household.

I have a couple of issues to address. 1. I placed an order on December 1st but never received the food, and I am still awaiting a refund. 2. I recently made an order on the night of December 11, [redacted]. There was a message exchange with the driver who inquired about my location being on a corner. I informed her that I resided in an apartment complex, provided the name of the complex, and gave clear directions to my front door. Shortly after, I received a notification that my order was canceled. I typically order from your service at least twice a week, but my recent experiences have left me disappointed. This has led me to reconsider using UBER in the future.

Our dinner orders from Uber Eats keep getting delivered to the neighboring townhouse building at [redacted] Bland Road, Townhouse #3, instead of our address at [redacted] Bland Road, Townhouse #3, next to the Wendy's drive-thru. We would appreciate it if the drivers could correctly deliver to our address. The dinner order from Applebee's Restaurant was charged $68.21 to our bank card. Kindly ensure that the meals are delivered to our address and knock on the door for delivery.
