I've had several drivers assigned to my order in the past hour, and they keep changing. I'm incredibly frustrated because I can't seem to get ahold of you guys about this issue. I'm sure I've already been charged, and now I don't have the time to go out and buy food for myself and my children since I'm working from home. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I would increase my tip, but I am unsure how to do that on your app. I did not expect ordering to be such a challenge.

My daughter placed an order through Uber Eats for dinner from a nearby restaurant. However, the driver arrived at our mobile home park, turned around, and left without delivering the order or contacting us. Unfortunately, the food never arrived at our house. We are disappointed as we were looking forward to having dinner tonight. We are requesting a full refund of the total amount to be credited back to my debit card.

I would like to have my account, registered under Meg Simpson, with the email [redacted], deactivated or merged as I no longer have access to that email where my phone number is linked. My current account, Meg Simpson, uses the email [redacted] but is not linked to any phone number. I am unable to log in through the app as it demands a phone number upfront, which is associated with my old email account. There are no previous orders on my current account, but my previous email shows orders from McDonald’s and After Hours. I am unable to modify any details through the mobile app.

I made a purchase on 02/12/[redacted] with Huber using a promotional code. During payment, I was charged €3.10 for a tip without my consent. Perhaps the system authorized this charge during the order evaluation. I find this procedure lacking transparency since I had already given the tip to the delivery person upon receiving the food. I ordered from UberEatz, but my driver never arrived. Despite claiming the order was delivered by having contact with "Daniel," he didn't come close to my location and wouldn't respond to my calls. As a result, I ended up having to reorder the same meal and pay twice for something I never received.

I am encountering a problem with a promotional code received from Uber Eats 13 days ago. The code, US30, promised a $30 discount, with an expiration set for 14 days post-receipt. However, when attempting to redeem it today, it states the offer has expired. This circumstance has left me frustrated as I was eager to place my inaugural order with Uber Eats. I would like to know how to obtain an Uber Eats delivery card and bag in order to start delivering for them. I am unsure about having an account with Uber Eats as I have never signed up with them. I am currently experiencing an issue with my food order. Despite being notified that it was ready, I have been waiting for over 50 minutes. I have called the restaurant multiple times to check on the status, only to be told conflicting information. As someone with hypoglycemia, the delay is causing my blood sugar levels to drop dangerously low, leading to feelings of illness. I urgently require my food to be delivered as promised. I placed an order at Taco Burrito King in Greek Town on December 1, [redacted]. The total came to $17.46. Despite requesting no tomatoes and no beans, as well as paying for extra meat, my burrito was made incorrectly with tomatoes and without the extra meat. I gave the incorrect burrito to a colleague and did not take a photo as proof. I have contacted Uber Eats through calls and emails regarding my Order #A602C, but have not received a satisfactory response after following up. I am frustrated with the inconsistency of food delivery services where my orders are consistently incorrect. On the receipt, it clearly states my customization requests and payment for additional meat.

I placed an order with Peri Fino for £39.95 on November 7th, only to have it canceled by them. Uber charged my card regardless. I've emailed Uber multiple times as their phone numbers aren't working, but they haven't issued a refund. Peri Fino mentioned that Uber needs to handle the refund since they never received the payment. They've tried contacting Uber as well, but they keep saying it will take weeks. It's been over a month, and Uber still hasn't refunded us. Losing this amount of money for something we never received is concerning. I just want my money back. Please assist me.

I have been paying 60 euros a month to work with Uber Eats. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to start working, but no one is helping me. I live in Madrid, Spain, and I am desperate. Today, I attempted to place an order with Tim Hortons at 11:50 a.m. The order was processed, but the delivery time kept changing. I have been waiting for a refund for an issue with my order number 7980F from The India Grill since November 16, [redacted]. The refund was supposed to be processed within 3-5 business days, but I have not received it yet. The Uber driver, Crystal, took my food away even though I offered to have it left by the entrance. I recently placed an order at Hiro-Sushi Maki, requesting cooked sushi due to my preference for not eating raw fish. Unfortunately, they delivered raw sushi instead. I have been attempting to contact customer service for over an hour, including downloading the app without success. It is highly frustrating that the customer service phone line is only available until 5pm, and emails are responded to after an estimated 38 hours. This experience has made me reconsider becoming a customer. What steps should be taken next? I did not place this order and was unaware of its delivery. Despite trying to locate the intended recipient without opening or handling the contents, the food is no longer fresh. I do not intend to pay for an order I did not make. I empathize with the delivery person, as I have encountered similar mistaken deliveries in the past. It seems the driver relied on the app to update the actual recipients of the food's arrival, assuming they did not need to alert me at the wrong address. Hello, my name is Pamela. I've been a loyal Uber Eats customer for most of this year. Today, I had a disappointing experience with a delivery person. Despite my request for the meal to be brought to the door, the delivery person was rude and insisted I come out to the car.
