Bonjour, Le 28/7 à 20h45, j'ai passé une commande au KFC de Nice via votre application avec une livraison prévue à 21h35. Malheureusement, la commande a été annulée et j'ai reçu un email indiquant l'absence de prélèvement. Par conséquent, nous avons opté pour des pizzas à proximité de notre lieu de vacances. Imaginez ma surprise lorsqu'à 23h20, un livreur nommé Adel m'a appelé pour me dire qu'il était en bas ! J'ai refusé la commande et il est reparti avec. J'ai contacté le responsable du KFC, M. Pereira, qui m'a expliqué que la première commande avait été volée et qu'une nouvelle commande avait été passée. J'ai expliqué que je l'avais refusée car ce n'était pas moi. Il s'est excusé et m'a assuré qu'il était à ma disposition pour clarifier la situation. Le 30/7, j'ai constaté un prélèvement de 79,82€ sur mon compte alors que j'avais refusé la commande ! Merci de me rembourser. Je ne sais pas où se situe le problème dans votre processus (KFC ou Ubereats), mais je ne suis pas responsable de cette situation. Cordialement, M. Bettahar

I placed an order with 5 Guys order #A3EF6 on August 6, [redacted], at 20:39. While confirming the order, I removed a regular cajun fry without any issues. However, after confirming the order and adding the tip, the regular fry reappeared, and I couldn't cancel it before it was charged to my card for $57.36. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the food, which has left me with a loss. As 5 Guys is closed now, I am unable to resolve this issue. I hope to receive a refund of $57.36 and compensation for my wasted time. I also suggest making the customer service phone number more accessible to avoid such frustrating situations in the future.

Yesterday, I placed an Uber Eats order and realized it was set for delivery to my work address instead of my home. Unfortunately, the restaurant was too far from my home, so I canceled the order immediately, within a minute. Despite this, it seems I was still charged since it said the order had already started, which is not possible. I would like a refund as the order was expensive, and I cannot afford to spend that much on food I canceled within 30 seconds of ordering. I still used your service for a different delivery. I recently filed a complaint about the delivery driver. He did not bring my food to the door, insisting my wife go to his car to collect it after calling my phone. Due to this and the unprofessional behavior captured on video, I reached out to a news channel. My account with your service has been blocked after I voiced concerns about the driver's attitude. Unfortunately, there is no contact number provided for me to discuss the issue or understand the reason for the block. Each complaint I've made has been sincere, yet I feel dismissed as a liar. Disappointed in the lack of response to my concerns, I feel it is unjust to block my account without explanation. Your actions not only lose you a loyal customer but also impact the restaurants involved.

I placed an order with El Pollo Loco last night, but I only received half of my items. I ordered two tostada bowls, a 10-piece chicken dinner with sides, and two churros. Unfortunately, I only received the two tostada bowls and none of the chicken or churros. I contacted Uber Eats for help, but they mentioned they can't offer a refund since I've received refunds in the past, even though there have been instances where I didn't receive a refund for incorrect orders. Regardless of previous refunds, it's important that I get refunded for the missing items this time. The missing items make up almost $25 of the $43 I paid. I feel frustrated and upset as my family couldn't enjoy the meal as planned. Please assist with getting a refund for the undelivered items. My Uber Eats email is [redacted]

I recently ordered from Taco Bell and unfortunately, everything I received was incorrect. The bag arrived open, missing tortilla shells for the tacos, and the food was cold and unappetizing. This experience was by far the worst I have had with Taco Bell. Even the drink was incorrect, which is truly surprising. I have had multiple negative encounters with Taco Bell, but this one takes the cake. The delivery driver's service was also subpar, missing my location twice and then waiting in front of my trailer for 2 minutes after calling to confirm. This whole situation has been extremely frustrating. I kindly request a refund for this order. Thank you.

Hello, I submitted images of my order, but I have not received any response yet. The fries were cold, and the buns were hard. I am disappointed in the quality of the food and would like a refund. The driver who delivered my order was not the person shown in the picture, and she was not wearing a mask. Given the current situation with the virus, this was concerning for my safety. I kindly request a refund due to the poor quality of the food and the safety issues with the delivery.

Last night, I placed an order with McDonald's without realizing they were closed, and unfortunately, the app was not functioning at all around 1 a.m. Given that I had to work the following day, I couldn't stay awake waiting for the app to resume to cancel my order. When I woke up this morning, I found my order on my front porch, but sadly, it had been destroyed by animals. I would appreciate a refund since I was unable to receive the food.

Over the weekend, I placed an order totaling more than $50 to benefit from the 30% off promo code. Regrettably, one item in my order was out of stock and was consequently removed after I confirmed my purchase. This caused my order total to drop below $50, resulting in the discount not being applied. I specifically chose Uber Eats to take advantage of this promotion, but unfortunately, the discount was not honored due to circumstances beyond my control. I placed two identical orders on the Uber Eats website, one with a tip and one without, but only received one of them. I believe this occurred because I revisited a webpage during the ordering process, causing a double charge. I contacted Organika in CT, and they confirmed they did not prepare a duplicate order. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the second order through the app, and the Uber Eats helpline is not reachable. I kindly request a refund for one of the duplicate orders to rectify this issue. Hello, I'm Lauren and I need to address a serious issue. My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza from Pizza Pizza through Uber Eats yesterday, and after consuming it, we both got violently sick for 24 hours straight. We considered going to the hospital today due to the severity of our illness. When I reached out to Pizza Pizza for assistance, they redirected me to Uber Eats, refusing to help. I'm currently in the process of contacting Uber Eats for support. I don't want to complicate anyone's job, but I've been unwell for nearly 2 days now, so I felt it necessary to seek help. I have been a loyal customer of your services for several years. Unfortunately, since the pandemic began, I have faced multiple issues including receiving the wrong food, substitutions without notification, and missing items in my orders. Each time I have reported these problems through your app, providing documented evidence and photos. On one occasion, I had to physically go to the restaurant to collect the food that was not delivered to me. Despite my efforts, the customer service provided has been extremely poor. In a recent incident with Ba Mein Bistro, the delivery driver mistakenly dropped off my order at the wrong house, as clearly shown in the photo evidence I submitted. I was informed that my account was flagged due to previous issues, which I found to be unacceptable. Even after contacting customer service, the resolution offered was inadequate - I was simply told to rate the driver. This lack of accountability from your company has led me to conclude that I will no longer use UberEats. I have spent over $1,[redacted] with your company, but the recurring problems and lack of satisfactory response have led me to switch to DoorDash in the future. I have initiated a charge dispute with my bank for the latest incident and have uninstalled the UberEats app. The level of service I have received does not align with the amount of money I have spent with your company.

Last night, at approximately 9:38 PM, I placed an order through the Uber Eats app for Popeyes located at [redacted] W 172nd St, New York, NY [redacted]. I later realized this location operates from 11 AM to 10 PM daily. Following the order placement, I encountered issues on the Uber Eats app. Typically, I receive a time estimate and a map showing the restaurant and delivery person's location. However, this information did not appear for this order. Despite multiple time estimate changes, my delivery never arrived by 11 PM. When I tried calling Popeyes, they were closed and no one answered. Despite canceling the order, I was still charged. The app indicated my order was being prepared even though the restaurant was closed, and no delivery person was assigned after waiting for an hour and a half. I suspect a glitch prevented my order from being fulfilled. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for my Popeyes order from last night. Thank you.

I placed an order with Salsa Salsa at 1:00 p.m. and unfortunately didn't receive it until 2:35. After contacting the restaurant, I was informed my food had been sitting for an hour on the counter and an additional 15 minutes in the car. The quality was extremely disappointing, as the shrimp was cold, the lettuce and wrap were soggy, and the tacos intended to be soft had become hard. Even the fried fish was tough, and the avocados were starting to spoil. This experience is unacceptable. I didn't see any notice about delays in the area when ordering, or I would have reconsidered. It's disheartening to receive food that had obviously been left out for so long that I couldn't even eat it and had to discard it. I am requesting a full refund due to the inedible state of the food.

I recently ordered the best quality kebab, and while I usually avoid making complaints, I was disappointed by the rudeness of the owner. I missed a call from the delivery driver by just a couple of minutes and when I tried calling back, I was redirected to the restaurant. I believe in being patient and understanding during delays, but when I calmly explained the situation to the owner, he responded aggressively, yelling and speaking over me about unrelated issues. I tried to reason with him, acknowledging his frustrations with other customers, but he continued to raise his voice and berate me for things I had not done. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and it truly ruined my evening.

I encountered an issue today with a delivery from Cracker Barrel. The delivery person did not bring the food to my door but left it over the gate on my unlocked front porch. I only found out when my nurse arrived in the afternoon. If he had come to my door, my dogs would have alerted me. I would like a prompt response regarding this incident. Hello, I recently placed an order on Uber Eats for McDonald's, but they had to cancel it due to items not being available. They assured me I wouldn't be charged, but I still see a hold on my payment method for the order. I made a second order without the unavailable items, but I want to ensure I haven't been charged for the first canceled order. I noticed a charge of $19.94 on my bank account dated August 12, which I did not authorize. Additionally, I was charged $5.23 for a tip on August 5 and $26.48 for a tip and food from Cheese Steak Shop in Oakland, CA. The total bill should have been $21.19 before the tip, making the $26.48 charge an overpayment of $5.29 for a tip that was already settled. The charge on August 12 is incorrect as I haven't used Uber Eats for any food delivery since August 5, [redacted]. I have alerted my bank about this false charge. If my card has been compromised, it will be deactivated. Whether this was an accounting mistake or unauthorized use of my card by a driver or someone else on your team needs to be investigated.
