I placed an order and the driver mentioned she had 2 orders to deliver before mine. Why wasn't I informed of this? My food is now cold and arrived 10 minutes past the latest arrival time. I am very disappointed with my service, especially since my order was just cancelled after waiting for over 45 minutes. This is despite the driver stating she was on her way to drop it off. As a loyal customer to Uber, this is the worst service I have ever experienced.

I find this app to be extremely frustrating and unreliable, leading me to contemplate never using Uber Eats again. The primary function of this app is to deliver food, and it consistently falls short. As a busy parent who works overnight shifts, there are days when cooking is just not an option for me. Relying on this delivery service is crucial, and yet, twice now, the delivery address has been mysteriously set to a nearby restaurant I have ordered from in the past. I certainly did not input that address myself, making me question the app's decision-making process. Despite correcting the address manually the second time it happened, the driver still ended up at the wrong location. This resulted in wasted time for both the driver and myself, not to mention my children eagerly awaiting their dinner. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I am requesting a significant gift card as compensation for this experience, or else I will be forced to discontinue using Uber Eats and share my negative experience with others. Furthermore, receiving cold food only adds to my disappointment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently placed an order with Daddy Dawgs for delivery this evening during the free delivery promotion. Unfortunately, I encountered a technical issue with the app, which led to a $2.95 delivery charge despite the restaurant being listed for free delivery. I kindly request a refund for the delivery fee. Additionally, prior to the app issue, I tried to order a burger which did not get processed along with the rest of my order. My order #A652F placed on December 16th at 5:43 pm never arrived. The driver was tracked on the app to have collected the order from the restaurant Street Market Asian Tapas Crows Nest but never arrived at my address. I noticed at 6:15 pm that the order was marked as delivered on the app but I never received it. I need a full refund and investigation into this as I never received the order. Thank you, Frank

I placed an order for a cake today from 221b Baker Street, Jalvayu Vihar branch. Unfortunately, the cake never arrived. The delivery boy claimed I did not reach the main gate in time, which is not true as my past orders were successfully delivered to my doorstep. This situation is frustrating, as I cannot reorder due to outstanding payment for a cake I never received. I have always trusted Uber's service but this incident has disappointed me. I ordered a Belgian waffle from a nearby shop just [redacted] meters away. Unfortunately, the delivery took one hour, so when it arrived, the waffle was neither hot nor crispy. The waffle was badly damaged due to rough handling during delivery, with cream and chocolate leaking out of the package and making a mess. I reported this issue to UberEats, but I have not received a response from them yet. I am looking for a refund for the damaged cake.

I ordered a meal from BRGR in Edinburgh, UK, with Order Number [redacted], costing £36.50, but unfortunately, it was not delivered. I had to place a second order, and I am now requesting a refund as soon as possible. I experienced issues with the delivery drivers as well. I had to provide directions to the second driver for the new order, and despite that, he had trouble finding the house number. I ended up sending my daughter to meet him, even though it was supposed to be a door-to-door delivery service.

I made an order and the app showed the driver picked it up, but later found out she had not moved for over 30 minutes. The restaurant confirmed she had picked it up long ago, but the app wouldn't let me cancel. After struggling for a while, I reordered. Just then, she arrived, but my food was cold. I was charged for both meals. I am frustrated and seeking a complete refund. The driver's picture and car didn't match, and her reason for the delay was that she missed my call, which only rang four times.

I encountered an issue with the address for my food delivery. I provided the driver with the corrected location, which was 3.1KM away. Despite this, the driver insisted it was 3.88KM. I was willing to pay extra for the slightly longer distance. I emphasized that Uber compensates for deliveries regardless of distance. The driver mentioned having another delivery and then ceased communication, leaving me waiting for half an hour. Ultimately, he suggested I pick up the food myself. The difference between the initial and corrected addresses was only a 10-minute drive. It was disappointing that he didn't deliver in that time. He later canceled, citing other requests. I have evidence of the conversation and seek assistance in resolving this matter for a refund. My Uber account history reflects successful deliveries prior to this incident. If necessary, I will escalate this issue to the authorities and my bank. Despite my patience and cooperation, the driver's behavior was unprofessional.

I recently made an order on Uber Eats, but encountered an issue during processing where the order appeared as if it had an error. My Uber Eats order experienced a delay when the driver had to contact me about a menu change. However, as the driver left without informing me, my food was further delayed. Despite the restaurant's explanation, I had to pick up my order late at 8:40 when I initially ordered it at 6:30. I am requesting a full refund for this inconvenience. If my request is not honored, I may have to reconsider using Uber Eats in the future.

I placed an order with Kokami Express in London, Ontario through Uber Eats. The food did not arrive, so I reported a missing food complaint. Uber Eats emailed me the next day confirming a refund, which also reflects in the app. However, upon checking my bank statement today, the refund has not been processed yet. I can provide evidence by sharing a photo of my bank statement. I am uncertain about your procedures for handling such matters, but if you require additional details, please feel free to ask. This issue occurred on Saturday, December 14, for $30.81.

On the night of 13/12/[redacted], I booked a taxi, and the driver informed me it would arrive soon. He mentioned a lab test was required before I could leave for home from the bank. Upon waiting outside, I received a message to pay ₹40 as the taxi arrival fee. The taxi had not come from that lab. I called from another number later, and the driver arrived. Similarly, a year ago, I called from Rajgiri Hostel and was informed the driver would arrive in 10 minutes. Then I received a message confirming the arrival, but later, the driver left without notice after a thorough search revealed he had found another fare. Despite this inconvenience, I paid the ₹40 as requested. Calling the number provided on the Uber network did not yield any results. Why should I suffer the consequences of the passenger's mistake? Is this a new trend to make money? Can I inform others through social media? Only then will I learn the stories of those who have had similar experiences.

Hi, I am requesting a refund for a PayPal payment I made. When I used the promotion code SEASONSEATSUK during checkout, the price didn't change. I tried to reapply the code, but it said it had already been used. Even after placing the order, I wasn't prompted for payment and assumed the code would adjust the price, but I was still charged. Despite cancelling the order immediately before Papa John's began preparing it, I was still charged. The payment through PayPal One Touch shows as completed/Authorized to Uber BV. Thank you, J.K.

I ordered a Ben and Jerry's ice cream flavored birthday cake, but I received the New York Choc Crunch, which is completely different. I called the store, but they claimed they tried to contact me, which didn't happen since I didn't receive any calls. My number is correct on the Uber Eats app. They then hung up on me rudely. I can't eat the product sent to me as I'm allergic to nuts. I feel like I wasted $19.95 for nothing. This is ridiculous, and I might take my business elsewhere. I would like a full refund, please.

I had difficulty understanding the Uber support representative I spoke with due to the language barrier. As a result, I was unclear about how my issue would be resolved. It is important to have representatives who speak clear English to avoid confusion. I want to emphasize that I do not hold the representative responsible for this language barrier. My frustration stems from receiving my order at 9 p.m. instead of the expected 6:30 p.m.

I encountered an issue when ordering dessert from Uber Eats. Initially, the app kept stating that the delivery option I requested was unavailable, causing a delay in placing my order for delivery. Once my order was accepted, it unexpectedly required me to pick up the order from the dessert shop instead of delivering it to my location. Despite contacting the shop, they were unable to assist in changing the delivery method. This disappointing experience occurred with a £17.70 order from Urban Chocolatier. I am frustrated by the app's error, especially after confirming that the delivery option was selected. Not receiving the dessert I paid for has led me to lose trust in the app.

I placed an order at Chicken Inn Village in Kilburn for delivery, but after checking out, it showed as a pick-up order. I contacted the restaurant, and they cancelled it. When I tried again, the same issue occurred. The restaurant informed me it's a technical problem being worked on by Uber Eats. I am still waiting on my refund, and the restaurant can only advise to wait another 30 minutes, which is frustrating.

I recently ordered a Happy Meal and a cheeseburger from McDonald's on Hildebrandpadpad [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the menu being in Dutch, I unknowingly ordered a burger without cheese or bread, resulting in an empty package.
