We had placed an order with Mr sub .The rider after picking up the order contacted us ,we explained the destination way and we received the order .We have paid RS *** in cash to him .There was no issue with this order .Then we received a message saying that the driver couldn't contact us and we did not take the order and so now we are charged for it and now we have an outstanding bill of *** RS .This is incorrect .We have already paid and collected the order Our order number is EB*** .we have paid for this .And they r showing us order number **AAA which we have not placed .we only placed one order , received it and already paid for it .plz clarify and rectify the mistake .we do not have any outstanding bill.plz help
