I was very un happy with my service today with Uber eats .First off that Uber driver took originally another ** minutes to deliver my food so I waited about ** mins on my food which was not far from my school it’s a ** sec drive and the delivery fee is to much to receive service like this . It was $*.** for a delivery fee which was next door to me like seriously!!! Secondly when ordering my food in the app it didn’t give me the option to edit my food choices.When I noticed that wasn’t an option I tried to see if I can called Uber person who is handling my food but there was no way I can reach that person either so I called McDonald’s and they didn’t answer also.So after the Uber guy arrives very late I get the food one of my fries where half way down as if some one ate them or they gave me a small fry . I did not enjoy my service with you guys today . Door dash is better then this because they have more options when ordering and handling food to reach someone when you need something. And that’s something oh guys needs to improve in the app . I was only able to reach him when he already had the food which makes no since at all . Anything thing is it didn’t aware meof where he was at . It just gave me time to expect my food and when it was on the Way. You guys should Improve your app because it is very frustrating . I usually use door dash or Postmates but for some reason there were down at t he moment . I would like my money back and will not order from this app again .This was my first and definitely my last Time. I will stick with my orginial apps I order from. Not the best experience with you guys at all.
