I orders last night I.e on **th October **** a veg biryani and the delivery boys and customer care called me umpteen times but my cell was on silent mode so I didn't picked up call after sometimes letter I called on same number which my app was showing its was delivery boys number. I called him and he said ur order is cancelled cause you did not picked our call I said OK. Next moment he said sir u come down I will deliver this to u and pls come soon*. I went down and mate him he took me my order amount which what Rs. ** but he tooked Rs. ** with me and he said I will call my customer care and will inform them that I have received cash and order is handed over to me. I said okay and I came back my place but when today again I was trying to oder some food from uber Eats after all set up the msg came on my cell screen that was * have to pay *** rs which is pending cause of my order was cancelled.. Its totally rubbish and its totally unprofessional... Very unhappy with uber services.
