I’ve currently been waiting double my expected wait time for food to arrive. I know that my food was picked up ** minutes ago. My driver*delivery person has not moved from the same spot for the past ** minutes. The ETA continues to estimate * minutes for the past ** minutes. They are not answering their phone. Your customer service phone line finally connected to a person after ** minutes hold, but connected to a non-English speaker clearly on the line with someone else. As a daily Uber user, This is my first time using the UberEats app - it has been an absolutely terrible experience. I don’t know whether I should wait for my food or order something else through a different app. Either way I will not be accepting any charge for this ridiculous treatment, poor communication, and a lack of what the central point of this app - delivery of food in a timely manner.
GetHuman-virkpate did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
