The issue in GetHuman-chato_'s own words
It is completely unacceptable that on my *rd time using uber eats, this app charges me * times for * dinners when i only wanted ONE like a regular human being! Now, since ubereats is not affected by this and i am! How are you planning to resolve this issue? Ubereata chArged me * times for the amount of $**.** usd. A total of $***.** usd were charged to my account last night, and because i didnt have enough funds i was also charged * over draft fees of $**.**usd each adding another $**.** usd to that bill making it a grand total of $***.** usd when all i wanted was ONE DINNER AND NOT * DINNERS * * OVER DRAFT CHARGES from my bank. This is unacceptable and i DEMAND the full amount withdrwan from my account. I WILL pay for the ONE dinner i did recieve at the amount of $**.** * $*.**tip. But the remaining $***.** that was charged to me THANKS TO UBER EATS, Needs to be refunded RIGHT AWAY! This is UNACCEPTABLE!! AND YOU BETTER NOT RESPOND WITH, ITS GONNA TAKE WEEKS FOR THE REFUND CAUSE YOU HURT MY FINANCES IN A MATTER OF ONE MINUTE, AND I DEMAND THE SAME SPEED RETURNING THE MONEY YOU TOOK FROM ME. I expect the sum of $***.** usd deposited to ky account right away. Other wise i will start disput process and continue to yelp and ubereats and cancel my account.
