Ordered McDonald’s through Uber eats, as we thought it was a good idea since we had a gl*** of wine in our system. Our driver forgot part of our order so we reordered instead of complaining, as the app doesn’t really allow you to contact your driver. Anyways, we reordered AND paid a delivery fee for the missing parts that we REORDERED to be messed up once again. Not the type to complain, however twice in a row???? After paying for something we didn’t get and having to REORDER it though the app? Every single time I’ve ordered through Uber eats something has been missing. Do you guys train your drivers to actually check the order before delivering it. I’m so confused as to how this just happened TWICE in one night.
I trust that UberEATS will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
