On the morning of October **th, I requested * separate rides. The first * requests were unsuccessful and each time the app told me to request again, which is what I did. The sixth time, a driver was assigned to me, but he refused my destination over a phone call and canceled the ride. There were * pending charges to my bank account for each of these ride requests, however my bank account was never reimbursed or refunded for the six separate charges. I made sure to screenshot the list of charges because I wanted to be sure that I was not actually charged. I was charged, my money never came back to my account, and there is no history of these charges linked to my account anymore. I still have the screenshot, and the money is still missing from my account. I am missing $**.** for * different ride charges, all of which were unsuccessful requests because no drivers were available. That morning, I never received a ride from Uber, and had a coworker take me to work. I was incorrectly charged a total of $**.** and I need my money back. Thank you.**KELSEY MORALES
