Good Afternoon Uber Support, please note that I utilized a Uber driver from Panama City (Double Tree by Hilton) to Tocumen International Airport on the morning of the **th around *am. I selected to pay the driver with cash when I ordered the Uber .. which was for $**.**. Upon arrival at the when we were dropped off, I immediately gave him the fee in cash ( I had just under $** which I gave to him). I have now picked up that the driver has indicated that I did not pay him and upon trying to book an Uber today while in Fort Lauderdale, it showed that I would need to pay the $**.** again (which I paid in cash already). This is truly unacceptable and disgusting of this person and not what I expect of Uber. I insist that you sort this out immediately and allow me to make further bookings utilising your app. This has really been inconvenient and I am truly an unhappy Uber client right now. My name is Trent Simpson, based in South Africa and have a contact number of ************. I am travelling without roaming so am only contactable via mail at this moment.
