This morning (***)I ordered Uber eats for breakfast. We decide on Pattys Egg Mest since it is delicious and it was free delivery. Our total came to $**.xx so we used a $**.** gift card, It went through but when the receipt popped up it wrongly added back in the $* delivery fee. My paypal card was back up for payment so we went ahead and let Uber use the ** dollar gift card and over charge my Paypal the *ish dollars to my card on file and then I would just try and contact you to dispute the delivery charge since it was under the list of restaurants that waived the delivery fee for a short window and we were wthin that window. Next EXTEMELY important issue came to light tonight. My mom logged into her bank account and for some unknown reason you charged her debit card $**.xx, the same amount that was the wrong total on the Uber Eats receipt. My moms CC was not even the back up on my Uber. I have used it a long time ago when I needed it with her permission. So you charge my gift card $**.xx, the correct total, on the correct card AND my mom $**.xx, the wrong total on an UNAUTHORIZED card. We were charge $**, a large headache, from the mess and a very very angry mom for food that was cold, took way longer than was quoted on your app, super over priced, and multiple items we PAID for were not included. I need you to remedy this situation immediately or my mom is taking action. Please email me at *****@***.com or I can accept text messages at ***.***.**** and my mother, Christina Leigh can be reached at ***.***.****. Please remedy this situation immediately as you over drew my mothers acct so she has no money for groceries or gas AND she is out an additional $** daily for her overdraft fees, So far for yesterday and today its been $**, my poor mom is out $** because you double charged. I am in a mess with her and cleaning up this because you charged me double.
