So today I ordered Panda Express with uber eats. The estimated arrival time kept getting pushed back, which was fine. Then like ** minutes later there’s a knock on my door and it’s a guy with my uber eats. I’ve ordered food from uber eats multiple times and every time I do, it tells me the persons name who is delivering it and the car they drive. But once I already had my food, the app still said my food was “being prepared” so the guy who delivered it caught me very off guard because i had no idea my food was even ready yet. I had no idea what his name was or anything because it never told me. I wasn’t sure if it was just some glitch, or if this is some creepy guy who is picking up orders without his information being known so he can do something worse?? I just thought i would make it known.
