Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-lalhrat will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-lalhrat's own words
Yesterday i happened to book an uber at *:** PM destination from Banphool Path to Jonali. The driver is Md. Rahul and vehicle No. AS ** BC ****. At the time of booking the vehicle was at Six Mile as reported by the driver. After ** to ** minutes i call and enquire the vehicle and the driver reply me that he was on trip and told me not to disturb him. After dialling for * times he block my number and had to cancel my booking with a lost of more than hundred. My complaint is that if the vehicle was on trip than how can his vehicle be booked which was engaged. Moreover the harsh attitude of the above driver turnish the name of the reputed company. I request the authority take action against the driver.
