I called an uber yesterday evening,a driver called saying he was on the way then **mins later called back to say that where i was going wasnt worth his time!! he then said i should cancel the trip to which i objected and asked that he was wrong to have accepted my request and knew where i was going(as entered on your app before i even clicked "confirm "). He then said i was to cancel and then make a new request(just imagine that!!)I was soo angry that i asked that he cancel it himself. i had already been delayed and so i quickly got another cab,only for me to be called after another * mins be another uber person asking me where im going... of course i told him i was already on my way.Only for me to get a charge of N*** for cancelling a trip after *minutes. *This is totally impossible because i NEVER cancelled the trp and given the circumstances, was i actually expected to wait for uber, hoping and praying that they would send me a cab after the first driver specifically told me to sort out myself?*Apart from this wrong bill being cleared off, i think the driver should be queried on why he "greedily" accepted my request then decides later that where i was going was not worth his effort to come and pick me.*i look forward to your prompt action in this regard.*Thank you.
