I received notice yesterday that my credit card that automatically pays my auto and home insurance had expired. My current card expires *****. It took * phone calls and *hrs. and the time and attention of four different USAA employees to get it corrected last night. If someone in insurance would have called someone in banking to check when it looked like a long time customer's card was expiring and got the correct expiration date, all of this could have been avoided......poor customer service......poor business practice. You are missing the point. Within USAA was all of the information needed to prevent the problem. Don't keep solving it, prevent it. It is too timely and too costly to keep fixing it. Re-read my last sentence on how to not repeat the problem. RPI
