I need assistance opening a case. I attempted to do it online, but my case was misdirected to TX instead of FL, my location. I handed my package to the mailman on 4/9/20. The TX representative I spoke with confirmed the mailman passed it to the post office for shipment, but the package has not been scanned. Despite visiting my local post office twice and speaking with a manager/supervisor, they have not searched for my package. They did not return my calls or take any action to help find it. This is the second time this month the post office has lost my package. It has been almost two weeks since I handed it over. I am requesting a case to be opened and for the local post office at [redacted] N Florida Ave, Tampa, FL [redacted] to be contacted to locate my package. Your help is greatly appreciated, and I am looking forward to resolving this issue and ensuring the delivery of my package. Thank you.

I am a retail seller and a purchased item was sent to Peoria, Arizona [redacted] via USPS. The tracking status has been unclear since around the 15th, showing the package in limbo. Despite attempts to contact the recipient and USPS, no concrete information about delivery has been obtained. USPS in Peoria, Arizona has been unreachable despite numerous calls. I'm unsure if I should go to the post office to collect my package. Yesterday, I received a message stating, "We attempted to deliver your package at 6:07 pm on April 22, [redacted] in AIKEN, SC [redacted] but could not access the delivery location. We will redeliver on the next business day." Despite being at home all day with clear access to my mailbox, I did not receive any package and no delivery slip was left. I am uncertain about the next steps and if I am required to pick up the package from the post office. Any advice would be appreciated. The most recent updates I have received show that it is going between Miami, Chicago, and London. On April 29, [redacted] at 2:26 am, my item arrived at O'HARE INTERNATIONAL Airport in Chicago, United States and is in transit to the destination. My item departed a transfer airport in MIAMI, United States on April 28, [redacted] at 5:35 pm and is in transit to the destination. I have a post office box and a street address. On April 17, [redacted], our cousin was added to the street address. We submitted a change of address form in person at the local post office. On April 29th, our cousin received two mail pieces from USPS. One was the "Official Change of Address Confirmation Letter." Additionally, there was a letter dated April 24, [redacted], stating USPS could not process the change due to a missing signature. Yesterday, our cousin was informed by the IRS that his Stimulus Check will be sent to our street address on May 4, [redacted]. How can we ensure the check arrives without USPS delays? One letter confirmed the address change, while the other indicated an issue. Which information should we rely on?

The package I'm waiting for arrived in City of Industry, CA on 5/30/20, but it hasn't been delivered yet, and there are no further updates. We are experiencing ongoing issues with our outgoing mail not being collected properly. Despite leaving clear instructions for the mail carrier, they often only pick up specific items and leave others behind. Our incoming mail is sometimes mixed with outgoing mail, leading to confusion. Additionally, there have been delays in mail delivery within the city, with some items taking several days to arrive. We have even had instances where our mail was delivered to the wrong address. My package was supposed to arrive on May 5 as promised, then on May 6, and again on May 7 at 9pm, but it still hasn't shown up. Now, on May 8 at 2:24pm, my package left the distribution center, which is close to my local post office and my home. Despite USPS visiting my house daily, I have not received my package yet. I'm eager to know the current location of my package and when I can expect to finally receive it.

I have reviewed my Informed Delivery and noticed that a check from the US Department of the Treasury addressed to Jean Kerner at [redacted] Suffolk Drive, Boca Raton, FL [redacted] was supposed to be delivered on Sat, May 9, [redacted]. I received other mail for Jean Kerner, except for the envelope from the US Treasury. The check has still not been delivered today as per Informed Delivery. I tried reaching out to my post office multiple times but was unsuccessful in speaking with anyone. I kindly request assistance in locating the missing mail and delivering it to me promptly. I expect a prompt response to this email outlining the measures being taken to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I recently left a voicemail and was informed of a callback time exceeding an hour. I am inquiring about chicken hatching eggs that were shipped from Alabama to North Carolina. They were sent on Tuesday at 10:44 am with a 2-day priority service, and as of May 9, the tracking update indicates they are still in transit to the next facility. It is concerning as hatching eggs are delicate, and their hatchability significantly decreases after 7 days, especially if the air sacs are dislodged due to excessive movement. I need assistance regarding tracking my package. I've been unsuccessful online and over the phone as the calls keep dropping or I can't get the information I need. Even though the lender confirmed shipment of my clothing items, I may not have been home to receive it. I work and often am not at home, so they could have left it at my door. I would appreciate speaking with a real person, not an automated system, about my package.

Hello, I am currently in the UK. I recently sent a package to the US that is about to arrive at a USPS facility for delivery. Almost three weeks ago, we placed an order for a phone with next-day delivery via FedEx. After waiting over a week, we checked the tracking and it indicated the package was delivered, but we never received it. The FedEx location in Oak Park informed us that they transferred it to USPS for mail delivery. It's been almost a week since then, and we still have no information about the package's whereabouts.
