I would like to address three concerns related to my mail carrier. First, I have experienced delays receiving mail at my current address, [redacted] Nathan Lane N, Plymouth, MN [redacted]. On three occasions, I received mail significantly later than expected, including items from Fargo, St. Michael, St. Paul, and the Twin Cities area. The second issue pertains to the mail carrier's behavior. Our carrier tends to skip delivering mail for days if cars are parked on our cul-de-sac street, even when they don't obstruct the mailboxes. This has caused frustration among my neighbors and me. Lastly, the carrier shows reluctance to interact when I hand over return packages or try to ask questions. This differs from my previous experiences with mail carriers and leaves me puzzled about the abrupt change.

I had no issues holding my mail before the new account setup. After creating an account, I encountered problems trying to process the mail hold request. The system couldn't recognize my phone number, [redacted], displayed on the screen. Following failed attempts, I was informed a letter for account validation would arrive in 7 days, unhelpful given I needed the hold sooner. Resorting to requesting my mail carrier's assistance, I managed the hold manually. Upon my return, I received the validation instructions letter, which seemed delayed considering most sites offer immediate password resets. The letter directs me to usps.com/holdmailcode to log in with my USPS.com account. Unfortunately, my computer fails to access the specified link, raising concerns about logging in with an account that the USPS system won't recognize. This situation is frustrating. Any guidance on what might be wrong is appreciated.

I encountered two incidents within a week. Firstly, the rural mail carrier left two large packages and mail between my storm door and inside door. Due to strong wind on 10/21/19, one box ended up on the sidewalk, the milk can was knocked over, and my door was damaged. I had to replace the door earlier than planned. Additionally, another package I received was completely damaged, costing me $80. I believe USPS should compensate me for the door and the damaged package. I attempted to file claims on the USPS website, but it was unsuccessful. As the recipient, I feel USPS should handle these issues rather than requiring me to do all the paperwork. Thank you.

My name is Gloria B., and I reside at [redacted] Dauphin Island Parkway, zip code [redacted]. I typically receive my veterans allowance check from Gregory Carwie's Office on Thursdays by 3:30 pm. Although the office has confirmed that it was mailed, I have not received it yet. I contacted the post office this morning, and they informed me that it's there since early this morning, but it's now past 5:00 pm on Friday and still not in my hands. This delay has occurred multiple times during the holiday seasons in the past year, impacting my access to food and personal hygiene items crucial for me as a senior citizen. Timely mail delivery is essential for my daily routine, which includes meals, home hygiene, transportation to medical appointments, and grocery shopping. I urgently seek assistance from the manager at the Bayside Post Office located at [redacted] Rosedale Road to address this issue promptly.

To Whom It May Concern, I made an order on Amazon.com for a floor radiant heater and three other items. The USPS Tracking ID is: [redacted][redacted]39. USPS brought the items in two separate packages and left them on the street near my mailbox. Our street has a communal mailbox spot about 0.6 miles from my house. The labels on the boxes stated - CARRIER: LEAVE IF NO RESPONSE. ADDRESS SERVICE REQUESTED. I always requested deliveries to be left at my door if they couldn't fit in the mailbox. Leaving the packages like this is not acceptable as they could have been damaged, stolen, or affected by the weather. In the future, I kindly ask USPS carriers to follow the instructions on the labels. Thank You, Jim

I was supposed to receive a package today. However, the courier claimed I wasn't home, which is untrue. I was at home with my door open, so they either went to the wrong address or neglected the delivery. I visited my local post office on Galley Road, where the delivery was supposed to happen, to discuss this issue with a supervisor. I explained to the clerk that I was expecting my package today and requested for it to be redelivered this evening. The clerk consulted a supervisor who promised to send the courier back out for an evening delivery but did not provide further details. I plan to return tomorrow to gather the route carrier's and the clerk's names as well as speak to the supervisor. I have experienced delivery issues before, but I am fed up with the lack of professionalism and will ensure someone is held accountable for this incident.

I am very dissatisfied with the new female mail carrier's service. She tends to mix up mail from different businesses, either tossing them on the floor or cramming them into one slot, despite there being multiple companies with individual mailboxes in our lobby. Numerous complaints have been made to the post office, but when I tried contacting the local number, there was no answer even after 25 rings. This negligence has caused us to miss important bills and checks. The mail carrier's excuse to our building supervisor was that it's too much trouble and she is always in a rush, which is completely unacceptable.

My package, tracked with number 9[redacted] 0[redacted] 0[redacted] 16, appears as delivered, but I never received it. The package contained medication from Kaiser pharmacy distribution. I submitted an online request to locate the package, but they claimed my tracking number was invalid, then marked the issue as resolved. However, it remains unresolved as I lack any answers, the package, or someone to address this matter with. I aim to submit a new request and hold carriers accountable for scanning items as delivered when they are not. Considering the package contained medication, I believe this matter should be treated seriously.

Subject: Package Delivery Inquiry Dear Management, I am writing to inform you that I am experiencing delays with the delivery of a package sent to me by Anndy Winnighan from Hamilton, USA via USPS. I recently made an online purchase of a black hoodie from Next Up Merch. Initially, the tracking updates were consistent until Oct 26, when I received a notification about an "Insufficient address." On Oct 29, I was informed that the package was "Return to Sender." Despite reaching out to USPS multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. The hoodie was quite expensive, and I am hoping to receive it undamaged. Unfortunately, I only have the tracking number for the initial shipment, leaving me unaware of the current status or whereabouts of my package.

The USPS facility in Jonesboro, AR [redacted] is experiencing ongoing issues with its self-service kiosk supplies availability. There is a consistent lack of priority mail envelopes and small boxes, making it challenging for customers like myself who rely on using the kiosk due to time constraints during business hours. While the labeling machine functions properly, the recurring issue of depleted supplies at the kiosk needs immediate attention. I have taken photos today to illustrate the problem and urge for a resolution. Recently, I observed a postal employee closing up the front counters without addressing the empty kiosk supplies, highlighting the need for improved oversight and maintenance of the self-service station.

I mistakenly sent a package to the wrong town. The package, which contains clothes, was intended for Peter Rudnick at [redacted] Meadowbrook Place in South Orange, NJ [redacted]. However, it was sent to [redacted] Meadowbrook Rd. in Livingston, NJ, with the correct South Orange zip code. I would like the package to be picked up from the Livingston address and redirected to the correct address and recipient, Peter Rudnick at [redacted] Meadowbrook Place, South Orange, NJ [redacted]. Alternatively, it can be returned to my address at [redacted] Tumblestone Court Apt.[redacted], Delray Beach, FL [redacted]. I understand that the error might have occurred due to confusion between Meadowbrook Place and Meadowbrook Rd. despite the correct zip code. I believe deliveries are usually based on zip codes, and I would appreciate your assistance in correcting this mistake. Please contact me at [redacted] to help resolve this issue promptly. Thank you, Mrs. A. Rudnick.

I shipped a flat rate box to Wisconsin and unfortunately, the contents were damaged. I provided photos of both the item and the box to the claims department. They are now asking for the box, packaging, and all contents mentioned in their letter within 20 days, which seems impossible since I sent it to Wisconsin. I included a value notice from an antique dealer, but couldn't claim everything due to insurance limitations. I'm confused about why they need all this and being in Arizona, I can't retrieve the box and contents in Wisconsin in time. Additionally, the cost of shipping them back is a concern. This process seems cumbersome, especially when asked for additional photos in the past. I rely on flat rate boxes for my antique business, dispatching items to Wisconsin for my sister's antique mall. If this continues, I may need to find an alternative service.

I’m Paul R. I'm having trouble submitting my domestic insurance claim online due to an error. Every time I try to save or send the claim with a JPG or PDF file smaller than 2 megabytes as proof of value or images of the damage, I encounter an issue. After attempting to save or submit the claim, I receive an error message indicating that the process could not be completed with Reference ID: [redacted]52. The error instructs me to seek technical support by calling 1-[redacted] for additional help.

I am disappointed with the delivery of my package. Amazon informed me they couldn't deliver it, and when I went to the post office, my package was not there. The tracking information says the package is held at the post office by request, which is not true. The postal worker mentioned it's in Middletown, DE, not Townsend, DE. I simply want my package, and this situation is frustrating. Why couldn't they deliver it properly instead of causing me inconvenience? I am upset because I have to search for my package, and the tracking details are incorrect. I called USPS, but I have been on hold for an hour. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]62. This whole experience has left me feeling extremely frustrated.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with USPS delivering packages to my apartment. They claim there is no safe location to leave packages, although I have requested redelivery with clear instructions to leave them at the door. Despite confirming the redelivery, USPS still fails to deliver and provides inaccurate reasons like "customer refused delivery" or "item held without pickup." I work full-time and cannot visit the post office during their hours. USPS has not responded to my complaints or redelivery requests. I am seeking guidance on how to escalate this issue and ensure USPS fulfills their delivery obligations.

11.18.19 1:17 pm I was working at the reception desk and was occupied on the phone when the mail carrier asked me to sign for a certified letter meant for a co-worker, which was okay. However, he then requested my signature for another letter, which I assumed was for the same individual. Unfortunately, it was not, and I am unfamiliar with the recipient, Nancy Suitt. Feeling rushed, I signed without realizing the error. I am upset about this mistake and request the mailman to collect the letter today for proper delivery. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience to address this issue promptly. I aim to ensure that the letter reaches its intended recipient or is returned to the sender. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Holly Miller

I anticipated the arrival of my package marked as #[redacted][redacted]89 yesterday. However, the tracking information indicated it was not delivered due to an "inaccessible" route, which I find puzzling. I was present at my residence without any obstructions in traffic around that time. I believe this explanation is inaccurate and would like a thorough investigation into the carrier's actions. Should the package not arrive today, I will have further concerns about the delivery service. My address is [redacted] N. Cumberland Ave, Chicago, IL [redacted]. I kindly request confirmation that this is the correct address for my package. Thank you.

Please note that all mail should be sent to our corporate address at [redacted] New Design Road, Frederick, MD [redacted]. Any assistance you can provide on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
