I ordered an item from a website and it had an estimated delivery date of Saturday, Oct ** (tracking * **********************, shipped from Raleigh, NC). It shipped via DHL Ecommerce and was transferred to USPS on Oct **. **I checked the tracking information today because I did not receive the package on the estimated delivery date of Oct **. The USPS tracking page says: "Your item was forwarded to a different address at **:** pm on October **, **** in NEW YORK, NY. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect." **I went back to check the order and I confirmed that my address and zip code were both input correctly. I also did not request any forwarding instructions. The tracking page has no guidance on how to resolve this and it does not specify this "different address" to which my package was apparently forwarded.**How will USPS resolve this issue so that I can receive my package ASAP? Thank you.
