TRACKING NUMBER: LY*********CN On August ** I received an email from you stating that my package has been processed through your facility. Then I received an another email from you stating that my package Expected delivery date is August ** **** by *:**pm. I'm still waiting. I've called ,I've registered for INFORMED DELIVERY,I've signed up for email and text support. I've done all the forms that you have required to get results for my missing merchandise. I know I can track, which I do everyday. I already know about the Hurricane excuse. I purchased this merchandise on August *,****, then waited for tracking and delivery information until the **th of August for any kind of info. Thats when I received that infamous email from you on *******. Can you please tell me in that you still have my package. Can you tell me when it's going to be delivered. When I tried to add my tracking number to your INFORMED DELIVERY app I get a reply in red lettering that my "package wasn't added because the age of my package has expired. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE **** THAT MEANS. CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN IT ME HOW ONE DAY MY MERCHANDISE IS PROCESSED THROUGH YOUR FACILITY AND IN A COUPLE OF DAYS SAID PACKAGE IS EXPIRED FROM AGE. HUH!!!!. I've done all that is expected of me to find my stuff and you have yet to give me any reasonable answer. Please spare me the standard robotic response that I have received in the last * weeks. August ** is that last updated information that I've been given. NOTHING HAS CHANGED SINCE **** no progress has been made. Can you just admit that you don't have my package, that maybe it's been stolen.That someone may have helped themselves to my new pair of blue Converse and my small over the shoulder purse. "BERRYLOOK" IS THE RETAILER I PURCHASED MY ITEMS from . Located in CHINA. I'VE ALREADY CONTACTED "BERRYLOOK" . AND CONFIRMED THAT PACKAGE WAS SENT TO YOUR FACILITY...Help...Help..Help. here is my phone ***-***-****. Can I get a real human to answer me . I've been more than patient with your lack of response. Short of going down there and demand my merchandise what eles can you do to resolve this issue.
