I have not used my card in almost a week, and yet someone is continuing to make charges which are being declined! This is the second time such things have happened. This is the *rd card I have had to get due to your banks inept handling of my account!! Now, I can't even log-in to my account because your system won't process the new card I have! What the **** is wrong with you people! You make things SO much harder than they need to be, and clearly don't take security very seriously! Your website is nothing but a bunch of dead ends that all say the same thing: Call the number on the back of the card!! Well I've done that and gotten little to no help. And obviously using the website is out! If I could I would take my business elsewhere, but I am receiving unemployment benefits on your unsecure card account and can't!*I am thoroughly dissatisfied with you institution, and appalled at the lack of actual service you provide!! Since I am Forced to deal with you, have one of your supervisors, or someone who can actually DO something contact me as soon as possible. You may reach me at ***-***-****.
