I wanted my packages and I wanted my route supervisor to call so this issue could finally be resolved. ... You emailed to say my package was delivered. But it was not delivered to me. I am legally blind and am not going to start knocking on doors to find it can someone please go get my package and deliver it to the right address this time?**I spoke with an agent in a foreign country, she assured me they would get my package to me and the next one already coming would come to me as well. But of course it did not. Again I fought through the phone system and spoke with another agent. Same response and again no delivery. My main request was to speak with a route supervisor in the hopes that I could make sure this driver learned where my house is. It's clearly marked and I have a street sign * doors down. But for some reason he seems unable to figure it out. I've waited * days now and still now return phone call. By the way, this is * packages in a row. Ugh! But y'all don't care. Your customer service is non-existent. You don't care about us at all. Thank God FedEx gets it right every time.
It is torture to try to reach anyone by phone, and when we finally do, it's someone in a foreign country with very annoying phone skills. I've lived at this address for ** years, shop online ALL THE TIME, and especially after becoming legally blind * years ago. I average *-* packages a week from various delivery services.
I've tried everything I know. But it's NOT MY JOB TO FIX THIS. IT'S YOURS!!
