I am quite frustrated with UPS. First, I have tried over an hour today to get a customer service call with a real person. I have called several times and it always just hangs up on me. I need to speak to a person.**First, I have lived in my SAME house for ** years and have always had great UPS service. There has never been any kind of issues at all. Until.... a couple weeks ago, my package wasn't delivered to me so I tracked it. Come to find out it was delivered to another town*person over an hour away from me. When I called UPS, they acknowledged that package had indeed been delivered to another town. THEN, the man told me that my address didn't exist and that is why it was not delivered to me. I sell cosmetics and do a lot of shopping from Amazon, so I usually have * or more deliveries a week. Suddenly, my address is non-existent? After speaking with the man for a bit, he stated that my package had come damaged so they returned it to the site in Union and repaired it and sent it to another location. They did track it down and retrieved it and it finally made it to me. **Now, I have two deliveries that I am waiting on. I feel that since I had called and complained, UPS is going to give me a run around everytime I order. Is this my repercussion for complaining?**Here is my one package: **Z**AY**YW*********It shipped on Sept **. On Sept **, it was in Union, MO. A half an hour from my house!! It then shipped to IOWA. On Sept **, it was shipped to Nebraska and then to Kansas!! What is the deal here??? Why would it have been a short distance from my house, and then ship back out to * different states before coming back to Union on the **? Again, I feel that this is due to my calling to complain about my previous package being delivered elsewhere. I am really worried that UPS will do this to me from now on and I depend on them for a lot of packages. I am now afraid to make a cosmetic order as those are quite expensive. I am afraid that UPS is doing this on purpose. **I don't have a tracking number on my other package. It just shows it was delivered to a facility in Kansas on Sept ** and there are no more updates after that. I did call the photo company and they said it appeared that my package had been lost and they are making a rush order for my photos so that I can get them by this friday.**How can this be resolved?
