Leah I want to thank you for your assistance. However, I’m truly disappointed with the length of time it’s taking to rectify this situation**Upon dropping my package off at the ups store (****) I was certain it was secure. The package included an iPad and ring.**The manager, Carla, was rude on the phone to me and it was apparent that BAILEY was afraid of her. Nevertheless, I could have never prepared for what was to come.**When my daughter received the package it was missing her ring. I immediately phoned BAILEY only to be told that instead of shipping the package when I left she was advised to put it in the back for Carla to personally ship.**When Carla was asked about the the ring she advised. BAILEY that she never saw it and that I should file a claim.**I recorded my conversation with BAILEY stating that she put the ring in the back. When I asked why Carla had to personally mail the package I was told there was no reason. Then I was told the items were placed in a larger box. I was in disbelief because the original box that I purchased from the store was already too large.**I informed BAILEY that filing a claim would be illegal because the package was misplaced at their location. BAILEY agreed.**It’s been a week now and I have documented each phone call to your company. I’m trying my best to be patient but this is fraud and theft at best. In addition, not being able to receive the names of the area managers or people in authority lends to the illegal practices that’s taking place.**I left over five messages for Carla to phone me personally, to no avail.**I need help or else I’m going to the news stations with this information and the recordings.*****Sent from my iPhone
