On December 9th, [redacted], I placed an order with Fingerhut for express delivery, expecting it in 1-2 days. Unfortunately, after waiting all day on the 12th, I didn't receive my package. Upon checking, I found out that the UPS package was still in Kane, PA with delivery scheduled for December 15th. Despite contacting Fingerhut, they denied fault. Today, when speaking with one of Fingerhut's agents, they claimed it was UPS's responsibility since my package was at the UPS location in Kane. With the delivery now postponed to December 19th and the package needing to go to the local post, I fear I won't receive it until the 20th. This delay caused me to miss a Christmas event and even affected my ability to attend my brother-in-law's funeral. It's frustrating to see both companies pointing fingers while customers bear the consequences. I paid for delivery and now have to resolve this issue myself, which is quite disappointing.

I had an issue with a delivery driver damaging my gate. Orvall was meant to call me back regarding my complaint, but never did. The driver claims he did not damage the gate but mentioned placing the package through it, which seems impossible given my chain-link fence. The location of the package suggests the gate was either forced open or climbed over, leading to damage estimated at $[redacted]. The driver's actions have also caused damage to my truck, costing $[redacted] to fix. I believe the investigation was not thorough, and the customer service representative I spoke to was unhelpful, rude, and possibly gave me a false name. I recently received a money order as a graduation gift from my family in Louisiana. The $[redacted] money order was purchased from the post office, so I assumed I could easily cash it there. Unfortunately, when I visited the location at [redacted] El Camino Real in Houston, TX, I faced multiple issues with the staff. Despite the money order being verified by one teller, I was passed around to different employees who claimed they couldn't cash it due to lack of funds in their drawers. Frustrated by the lack of service, I went to the office at [redacted] Upper Bay Rd, only to encounter more problems. The male teller there questioned me about the previous location's lack of funds, creating a scene in front of other customers. As a single mother needing the money for my children, I felt unfairly treated and disrespected by the staff at both locations. I am reaching out regarding a package that was scheduled to be delivered yesterday, Tuesday, December 18, [redacted]. The item in question is the Mystical Galaxy Universe Time Gem Crescent Pendant Necklace and Earrings Set. Despite being home all day to receive the package at my residential address, UPS marked the delivery attempt as unsuccessful, claiming the "business was closed." After contacting UPS twice, I was informed that the driver saw what appeared to be an electric gate and decided not to make the delivery due to safety concerns, which was misleading as there is no electric gate at my home. I provided clear instructions for the driver to contact me in case of any issues, but I never received a call. This jewelry set was intended as a gift for my daughter, who has been eagerly anticipating its arrival. Dear Sir, I am struggling to find a way forward and hope this message reaches someone who can assist without further complaints that might affect others. I am concerned about a shipment of three parcels sent to the same address that has faced issues with UPS delivery in the past. I paid for guaranteed delivery on December 19th, [redacted], to CA [redacted]. The parcels cleared customs but are now 'held in warehouse' in Kentucky according to tracking details. This delay has negatively impacted customers before, with parcels being held for extended periods. On December 20 around 8 pm, an UPS truck blocked my driveway for 30 minutes and wouldn't budge. After informing the driver of my need to leave in 5 minutes, he still remained in place, obstructing not only my driveway but my neighbor's and a fire hydrant as well. This led to my neighbor waiting half an hour to access her driveway. Despite my requests, the driver remained uncooperative, only agreeing to move after finishing his deliveries. To make matters worse, he proceeded to block the street, leaving me with no choice but to reverse out of the block. This incident occurred on Ryder Street between Avenue P and Quentin Road in Brooklyn, NY [redacted]. The UPS truck's plate number was 12410JB.

Tracking number 1Z8WY[redacted][redacted] was supposed to arrive at my residence yesterday but is now delayed due to weather conditions. Despite sending a request early this morning for the package to be held in Winston Salem or delivered to my workplace, I received no response. I am eager to have the package rerouted to [redacted] Bethesda Rd., Suite D, Winston Salem, NC [redacted], before 4pm today as time is crucial. I was informed that once the status changes to "out for delivery," the driver could be contacted to intercept the delivery. Thank you for your assistance.

On December 16th, I found a package from UPS left on the steps of my camper in the rain. Usually, deliveries are left in our covered carport which is adjacent to the camper. Unfortunately, the package contained medical supplies and got soaked, tearing when I tried to move it. I had to dry out the items without plastic coverings, and luckily the scales eventually started working after being exposed to the rain. I documented the condition of the box and where it was left with photos. This delivery mishap was unusual as we've never had issues with UPS before. I hope this doesn't occur again in the future. I needed to take a moment to cool off before reaching out about this issue.

I made an order that was shipped on Wednesday via UPS 2nd Day Air with tracking number 1Z276V8F[redacted]. I received an email from UPS on Thursday stating that the package would arrive on Friday. When I tracked it on Friday, it was out for delivery, but it did not arrive even though UPS made deliveries to my location that day. This morning, I checked again and now it's scheduled for delivery on Monday. I paid for it to arrive on Friday since it was on the truck. How can this be delivered to me before Monday?

I am frustrated with the delay in receiving my package. Despite being told various reasons by multiple supervisors at the facility, my package has not been delivered as promised. I was even given conflicting information about its whereabouts and availability for pickup. The customer service was unhelpful and disrespectful, which added to my dissatisfaction. I incurred additional expenses trying to resolve this issue, including travel costs and wasted time on the phone. It is unacceptable that I have spent four days trying to trace my package with no resolution in sight. I expect a refund for the inconvenience caused, as well as compensation for the unnecessary expenses I have had to bear. The lack of communication and failure to locate my priority package is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the conflicting information provided by the supervisors. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing and I urgently need this situation rectified.

I am extremely disappointed with UPS. Last Friday, I paid $54 for next day air delivery from Wayne, PA, to New York. Despite being assured of its delivery, my daughter stayed home on Saturday, missing her work party, but the package never arrived. After multiple calls and unfulfilled promises of redelivery, I requested the package be sent to a UPS store near her hotel in NYC. I received a notification that my package would be collected on December 21st, so I waited as planned. However, the package wasn't picked up. After contacting UPS, I learned that they don't pick up on weekends. Despite being assured that they would pick it up the next business day because it was scheduled for a Friday, I had no luck on Monday. With Christmas approaching, I was told that a label was left, but no pick up occurred. Despite being told that the carrier would provide the label upon collection and ring the doorbell, that didn't happen. When I contacted UPS, they insisted the label was left and instructed me to drop off the package at a UPS location. Feeling frustrated and stressed, I faced multiple phone call disconnections and being told conflicting information about the pickup status. I plan to contact Amazon for further guidance as the situation is time-sensitive.

On December 27th around 12:40 p.m., there was a UPS truck parked in the middle of the street on 95th Street from 3rd Ave in Brooklyn. It caused a traffic jam with cars beeping, and there was no hazard lights on. After asking the driver to move, he was rude and cursed, telling me to go away. I noted down the license plate number [redacted] JY and his appearance for a report.

I, Nathan R., was expecting my medication delivery from Manchester NH VA on Friday, December 28th. Despite waiting from 9 am to 9 pm, the medications did not arrive. When I contacted the call center, they mentioned the driver left a note at 5:03 pm citing concerns about the road being slippery, even though it had been sanded twice and was clear. The call center informed me that due to the holiday, the medication will be returned to the VA on Wednesday, January 2nd, leaving me without my medication for a week during my vacation. I am seeking information about the vacation hours I earned in [redacted] for [redacted]. UPS claims I have no vacation time due to me. I was on short-term disability for 8 months, and upon my return, trying to use my earned vacation hours, I was told I didn't work the necessary hours. I believe the company owes me [redacted] hours of pay, as I completed the required hours. After 42 years of loyal service, I find this situation unfair. I believe I followed the correct procedure but receive no clear responses. I am adamant that I deserve to be compensated for the hours I worked; fairness is essential. I had a package needing an adult signature set for delivery today. I called multiple times between 6 pm and 8:50 pm, being informed each time to wait until later, even as late as 11 pm. Finally, around 9 pm, I spoke to the investigations department, who mentioned the package wouldn't be delivered and advised not to expect it anymore. I simply want to receive my package. The current delivery options necessitate me to keep waiting, causing disruptions to work and other commitments. I would appreciate either precise delivery details or for the package to be directed to a UPS store, not one that is 45 minutes away from my location.

I had a package due for delivery today. However, I received an email at 12:50PM CDT informing me that delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow because they missed me, even though I was home all day and didn't hear the doorbell. The tracking details show an attempted delivery at 12:43PM CDT today. I'm disappointed that the delivery was not made as scheduled. I expect the item to be delivered today as originally planned. I also would appreciate an explanation for the missed delivery. This has been a recurring issue for me, and I'm puzzled about what could be causing it. This morning, I dropped off a package at UPS for shipping. I forgot to inquire about the delivery timeframe. Upon tracking the package, I received an error stating that UPS could not find shipment details for the tracking number. The UPS website indicates this may happen if the sender has not left the package with UPS, but I personally dropped it off at a UPS store. Despite attempting to contact UPS through the store and the [redacted] number, I am only met with a continuous busy signal.

I visited the Mesquite, Texas UPS Distribution Center to pick up my package as I couldn't reach anyone and needed it urgently. It's due to arrive in Greenville, TX tomorrow via Sulphur Springs, Texas. Unfortunately, the customer service staff was unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful despite my family emergency. My nephew is in critical condition after an accident, my mother had a tire issue, and my truck needs a part from UPS to help them. I drove there hoping to collect it, but the staff were uncooperative. They wouldn't even let me speak to a manager and provided false information. It was a frustrating experience, and I am considering escalating this issue further. I require the part today and hope UPS addresses this lack of customer service promptly.
