I ordered something from BJ's and it was supposed to be delivered the **th. Unfortunately, I wasn't home to receive the package, so it was taken back and a Info Notice was left on my door. I then asked if It could be redelivered the same day. I was told no. I asked if I could have it dropped at an access point. I was told yes and I could pick it up the same night (*****) by one representative via UPS Help and then told I couldn't pick it up the same night because the access point was full. Then I asked to pick it up from the UPS Customer Center. I was told I could and I would receive a call within the next hour. * hours later I had to follow up with UPS Help via twitter to see when I was supposed to be picking up my package. I was told at *:** pm that my request was just put in to pick up the package and that someone would call me within the next hour. However, I was informed that the customer center closes at *:**pm. As you can see, this whole situation has been a mess. Afterward, I spoke to a different rep via UPS Help on Twitter and picked a different access point and was told I'd be able to pick it up on Saturday *******. It is the *th and I called the access point * times and they still not have received the package. My tracking number says it'll let me know when it is delivered but I don't understand why it is not in transit?**At this point, I want my package delivered to my door where it shouldn't require a signature *(so we dont go back through this) AND I want the email*number of a manager or corporate manager to file a complaint because I have screenshots of the bad customer service Ive received.
