Last location:*Bound Brook, NJ, United States, Wednesday, ************. Customer Name: Chiyang Li. Currently not in US.**. Person who submitted a complaint to UPS: Zuodi Na.**. Missing package is a suitcase with clothes inside. The suitcase and the clothes are worth up to $***.**Below are the details that you may find helpful:**My friend, Chiyangli, was planning to send all his personal belongings back to China by SEVEN SEAS WORLDWIDE when he returned to China from Chicago, US. SEVEN SEAS WORLDWIDE provided him with UPS labels so that he could send his belongings to SEVEN SEAS WORLDWIDE at NJ by UPS. Unfortunately, UPS lost his package. At that time Chiyang was no longer in US and he asked me for help. I give UPS a call to submit a complaint. They collected information of the lost suitcase, such as its color(silver according to my friend), what is inside(clothes), etc., and they opened an investigation ticket. They asked me about how the They said they would let me know the result in * business days. And they never replied. So I give them a second call, only to hear that they failed to find the lost suitcase, and that is all. i updated the color of the suitcase from silver to purple(according to my memory). They said they will let me know the result in * business days. And as you may expect, they never reply again. The phone number of the person who talked to me is **********. My friend wants UPS to pay him $*** to cover the loss.
