I'm looking for a refund on shipping number***FE* as I didn't receive my product for a trade show that I was displaying at. I was told it was OK for UPS to ship to a FED Ex Store *hold for pick up. A clerk at that location refused delivery even though they were notified and there is a reciprocating agreement between the two companies. Instead of moving it to a UPS center I could receive it at it was returned to sender. This is not customer service. I now had no samples for a trade show *that cost me over $**,*** to be at.* To add injury to insult UPS billed me for return cost to sender. I don't feel I should pay as if a timely contact could have save my show and redirecting this to a local distribution center would have been more logical.
