your ups store in laffery ohio recently put a new person on shipping his name is bert simonson ive been there * times since he started very rude doenst seem to even wont to wait on you an has an attitude when he does the first time i took the package in he ask for id an i went back to car an got it no problem still very rude friday i had to send a package back i left it open so he could see it was a shoes started to hand him drivers license said he didnt need it told him i did the last time he handed me the tape an told me to tape it up i did then i ask handed him the return slip he told me to tape it on i ask him to so i wouldnt mess it up he put * strips on tape on them told me i should have had it ready it would have been quicker how long does it take for * strips of tape i forgot when i waliked in he was standing there just talking with a one of the guys looked at me about * times before he bothered to come over i have been using this ups for several years looks like i will now have to use post office the people i have talked to say he is a **** there words not mine but true please check this out someone said he is a union rep thats why they let him get by with it thank you
