I was trying to re-arrange the delivery or just leave it with one of my neighbour through a Human contact, but there is no such option on your website ... To whom it may concern,**I'm writing with regard to the yesterday delivery attempt by one of your driver, but unfortunately I was not in and no card was left for me, I got the reference number from the text that I received from you, but I thought I could received a call from so that I could advised to leave it with one of my neighbour on the same floor landing.**I was wondering whether you can advise me what is the way forward?
The driver was trying to deliver a parcel into my home address, unfortunately I was not in, but no complementary card was left for me or did not even call to notify me that the driver was outside waiting to deliver my parcel, but instead I received a text message from the UK Mail saying that the driver was trying to gain access for my delivery in which I was going to advise the driver to leave it with one of my neighbour on the same landing
By giving me access to speak to someone in the relevant department to re-arrange the delivery but through a Human's calling contact
