On the ** October **** I decided to subscribe with Twoo therefore the relative amount was taken from my bank account after a while I have got a msg stating that now I was having my premium activated.*Unfortunately few days later Twoo took more money from my bank account! I wish to be refound immediately but I don't know what details do u need in order to find out who I am and to get my bank details for to deposit the last amount taken.*Why did they take it twice? It is impossible to make such mistake accept if they have done it to steal money and cheating people! Waiting for a prompt response. Regards Sabrina Malan
