I shared a link to my sports article on Twitter, but the preview and image are not showing on the mobile app, although they are visible when I use my laptop. Even when I tried posting from my laptop, the preview and image were not displayed on either device. Strangely, the posts I made last week, which initially showed the preview and image, now have the same problem on the mobile app. Is there any solution to this issue?

I inadvertently created my Twitter account using my old school email, and I was recently logged out unexpectedly by Twitter. Unfortunately, I can't recall my password despite numerous attempts. Resetting the password is challenging because the reset email is being sent to my expired school email address. I've even tried contacting my old school district to regain access to the email account without success. Could you please assist by sending the reset information to [redacted] or provide my password? I'd be grateful as I wish to avoid creating a new Twitter account. My username is Gilbert[redacted]0. Thank you in advance for your help.

I was asked by Twitter to confirm my phone number, but I couldn't receive the verification code despite several attempts. When I tried later with better service, it said I exceeded the attempt limit without even getting a code. After waiting over an hour, I attempted to log in again, but it still said I had to wait due to too many unsuccessful tries. I am unsure how to regain access at this point.

Hello, I go by the username @P22Bernas. I recently got suspended from my account because it was created when I was under the age of 13. I don't recall using the account at such a young age. I believe I began using it when I was around 15. I have been actively using the account lately, and losing access to it would be devastating for me. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to resolve this issue because I rely on my account. Thank you, B.

I encountered an issue and urgently seek a resolution. A thread of mine exceeded [redacted] replies, but unfortunately, I mistakenly deleted a tweet within it. Consequently, the subsequent tweets beneath the deleted one vanished from the thread as well. This is disheartening as I dedicated months to nurturing this thread. Is there a solution to restore my thread to its previous state? Currently, when I access the thread, it now displays "97 more replies," whereas previously there were over [redacted] replies which are now missing due to the accidental deletion of one tweet.

I recently upgraded my phone and transferred my phone number over. Now, whenever I try to recover my Twitter password, the app says it's sending a text to my number but I never receive it. Twitter keeps sending me a form letter saying my account is on another device, but all the solutions they provide lead me in circles. My old phone is empty of apps, and my number is successfully on the new phone. Why am I not receiving the recovery text?

I used the previous marketing manager's email and password to access my AgencyMatrix account. Recently, Hubspot prompted me to update the account, requesting a birthdate entry even for a corporate page. Mistakenly, I entered the company's launch date ([redacted]). Twitter flagged the account as "under 18" immediately. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to access the account to rectify the date. The system does not recognize the username/email I used before. This has become an urgent matter. Please provide assistance promptly.

We manage a Twitter account for our high school student section that has been passed down for 7 years. Recently, my team and I changed the password for security reasons. Unfortunately, my two colleagues no longer have access as we have forgotten the new password. I am still logged in but unable to update the phone number or email associated with the account without the current password. I remember the old password if that information is helpful.

I recently noticed that my birth year was incorrect on my account. I updated it from [redacted] to [redacted], but this change triggered an automatic lock due to age restrictions. Twitter requires users to be 13 or older to use the platform, and since changing my birth year to [redacted] makes me older than 13, I'm puzzled by the lockout. I'm reluctant to create a new account just to bypass this issue. Despite my multiple attempts to submit a readable picture of my permit card to Twitter, they claim they couldn't decipher it. I'm frustrated with their lack of assistance. Can anybody offer me any guidance on resolving this situation with Twitter?

Yesterday morning, on February 5th, [redacted], when attempting to log into my account (@robyngioe), I received a notification about some "unusual activity" and was asked to confirm I wasn't a robot. I needed to receive a confirmation code on my phone to verify my identity. Despite several attempts in the last 24+ hours, I have not received the code. My phone number is entered correctly, but I am not receiving any codes and cannot verify the number. I am unsure of the next steps to take. I would appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account.

My account was locked last night because it was created when I was under 13. My mom set it up for me when I was 12 and supervised its use. I provided my ID to prove my current age, not realizing they needed my age when the account was made. Once I turned 13, my mom allowed me to use Twitter on my own as per the rules. Twitter responded, stating they cannot unlock my account, and closed the case. I fear my account may be deleted, even though I didn't violate any rules. I hope to resolve this or contact someone for assistance. My mom has also sent details today, but I'm anxious about the outcome.

Hello, I am unsure where to seek assistance, but I am hopeful of finding help here. I am attempting to add my phone number to my Twitter account. Despite knowing that you can link 10 accounts to the same number, I am unable to add it to my new account. I have previously used the number on old accounts, but I either removed the number or deleted the account. Now, with this new account, I am unable to register the number. I have checked for any existing old accounts tied to the number, but there are none. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

I keep receiving the following message from Twitter. I need to run ads on my account, but I am unable to, and no one is providing me with an explanation. Kindly connect me with a support person who can assist me. The Twitter account in question is @farmersjournal. This account belongs to a farming newspaper, and we covered the general election in Ireland specifically related to agricultural matters. I'm experiencing an issue with the Twitter app on my Android device. When trying to share a tweet, it redirects me to a web browser where I am prompted for a password. I believe I may have forgotten my password as I am unable to log in outside of the app. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I have not received any reset emails. I even waited over 24 hours for one email but missed it. This has left me unable to access my Twitter account via the browser on my phone or PC. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

During class, I had a moment to check Twitter. While adjusting my layout, I accidentally changed my birth year when my teacher announced a new task. Unintentionally, I changed the birth year, causing my account to be locked. My sister used the account before I was 14, and then I took it over. I'm now old enough to use it properly. I just want access to my account back as it's no longer my sister's but mine.
