My Twitter of * years was recently suspended for the first time due to a non-serious tweet I replied to my boyfriend getting autoflagged by Twitter. I submitted an appeal for it because it was clearly not serious and I figured contacting them as directly as they would allow, my account would be unsuspended. they emailed me over a week later telling me my account "promoted violence" and would not be reinstated due to one tweet where I made a dumb joke to someone I know personally. This led me to believe a real person didn't look into the issue whatsoever and my problem, being a small account (only about *** followers) was brushed back through their algorithm and unfairly dealt with. The only thing I would like is to describe the issue to a real person and get the fair chance to properly appeal for the reinstatement of my account. I feel that you could see the lack of seriousness in the offending tweet just by seeing the tweet before it and even the ones after, I have screenshots. The rest of my account has followed Twitter rules and guidelines for as long as it's been around. It's frustrating when I have so many tweets and people on that account with very much personal value to me, and I lose it all over one tweet and everything Twitter support related is completely automated.
