When trying to unlock them with my phone number, I received an error message stating it's registered to another account, which I've confirmed is not the case. I have not received any responses to my appeals sent from both accounts several days ago. It's frustrating and disappointing as all I needed to do was add a phone number, which I couldn't do initially.
