I noticed my birth year on my profile was wrong, it was off by one year. It listed **** instead of ****. I changed it so it would be correct and Twitter immediately locked me out, telling me that I wasn't over ** years of age. I just turned ** a few days ago. I sent in a request ticket to get help, including my government issued ID and nearly a week later I get a reply from them saying they reviewed my material and cannot confirm that I am over ** and that my account will be deleted. I sent another help request ticket, but I don't know if it will help. I really don't want to lose my account. Personally, I've had this account for years and I think I made it in **** (when I was **, which means I was too young). I believe this is the reason why they are locking me out and it's possible that this cannot be fixed. I'd hate to lose my account because of what I did back when I was so young but if it cannot be helped then I will make a new one.
I trust that Twitter will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
