Hello, I am seeking assistance with my Twitch account issue. Unfortunately, I lost access to my mobile number where I used to receive Tokens for account logins via SMS, rendering me unable to access my account as the number is now canceled. I did not set up 2FA on the Authy app which complicates the situation. I have a list of past mobile numbers I frequently changed while traveling, but cannot confirm which one is linked to my Twitch account. Despite multiple email requests for support yielding no results, I created a new account to report the issue and hope for a resolution. I am reaching out for help to either regain access to my old account or close it down along with its content. Attention Mr. Trump and family, I am a man of God with no bad records. I may not be perfect, but I know I am a child of God who loves both God and people. The VA and BVA have caused me a lot of hardship for 40 years with lying, stalling, and fraud. Many influential figures want to represent me, including Yale College in a lawsuit against the Secretary of Veteran Affairs. If a settlement is not reached quickly, Yale College can become a nightmare for you. I am a black veteran from Benton, MS, 65 years old with no bad record, dedicated to civil rights for veterans and all people. My experiences, victories at BVA Washington DC under Judge Holloway, and the support from various individuals are proof of my case. Despite winning, VA continues to avoid paying. Despite having the correct account details and using my longtime phone number, I am unable to receive the authentication code. I got banned from my friend's small stream after jokingly copying a bot's message, and both the bot and I were banned immediately. It seems like the system mistook me for a bot and took action. I only did this once, and my affiliate account with no strikes was banned within 30 seconds. I didn't realize such a minor action would lead to a permanent ban. Hopefully, upon reviewing my account and chat logs, it would be clear that I'm a genuine streamer who made a hasty decision. My Twitch account is Xiunitv, and I have been streaming for around 4 months this year. I would be devastated to lose all my progress due to an automated system. I assure you, I am a real person, not a bot. Please assist me, and I will ensure nothing like this ever happens again.

I've been struggling to regain access to my Twitch account despite multiple attempts. Initially, I didn't provide enough information, so the cases were closed without offering a solution. After retrieving the necessary data and recovering my old email, I encountered an issue with resetting the password. Even after supplying all details, I still couldn't access my account. The support team claimed to have resolved it, but I was unable to log in, prompting me to reopen the case. Despite their assurances, the problem persisted without any communication from them for three days. To make matters worse, they moved the support case to a different email of mine. I've reached out again, anticipating a similar outcome. I'm looking for a way to communicate directly with a Twitch support representative to expedite the process of recovering my account.

I have been banned from Twitch for using inappropriate language, and I believe Twitch should allow the language I used, as other platforms like YouTube and Facebook Gaming do. Despite efforts from my doctors and others to advocate for me, Twitch has not responded to their letters, and it seems like it was an automated process that led to my ban. I understand now why my chat thought I shouldn't be on the site and I agree. I have been banned for two years, my Twitch name is Kadeem718. While I used to enjoy being on Twitch, I now feel the need to use the language elsewhere because of Twitch's rules. I hoped to engage with fellow gamers during this time, especially in NY where I live. I've noticed a new trend where some people, especially black individuals, use this language freely.

I am facing challenges with my Twitch account due to false reports. I stream Mortal Online 2 and collaborate with the game developers. Recently, I encountered banned players in the Alpha version who targeted me in-game on my stream. As a military/law enforcement veteran, I engaged with them in-game. Unfortunately, these individuals misrepresented my statements and actions, leading to my suspension. Despite reaching out to Twitch Support twice with no response, I remain suspended. I seek a phone number to address this situation properly and rectify the impact of the false reports and slander campaign on my account.

I noticed two unauthorized transactions on my account. Despite reaching out to Twitch support twice through the help desk, I have not received any response. The hacker made a $[redacted].40 purchase using my debit card for bits. I am eager to have these charges reversed and refunded. To enhance security, I have already updated my password and activated two-factor authentication on my account. I just need assistance in canceling the fraudulent charges.

Over a month ago, while streaming on Twitch, my account was suspended abruptly during my broadcast. Despite numerous attempts to contact Twitch, I have not received any explanation for the suspension. Per Twitch's guidelines, suspensions typically last between 1 and 30 days, however, it has been over 40 days for my account. Every time I attempt to log in, I am met with a notification stating the account is still suspended. Repeatedly filling out their form yielded no response. Understanding the reason behind the suspension is important to me, and I am eager to have my account reinstated.

I think I have been mistakenly suspended. I consistently ensure I am appropriately covered during my streams, and streaming is crucial as it is my main source of income. The absence of proper fact-checking allows trolls to seriously harm small streamers like myself. Given that it's the holiday season and we are in a pandemic, I urge you to respond promptly. My family relies on this income, and it is essential for me to provide for them.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty resetting my Twitch account password. Despite attempting to do so online three times, I received a message suggesting to 'try again later' without receiving a reset code. While I recall my username, I seem to have mistakenly written it down incorrectly yesterday. I recently obtained a new phone and gave my previous one to my little brother after resetting it. Unfortunately, this caused my Authy account linked to the old phone to be deleted. Consequently, I am unable to access my Twitch account on my new phone. I attempted to update the phone number on my Twitch account, but I also reset my PC and lost my login information. Now, whenever I try to log in to Twitch, the verification code is sent to my old, no longer valid number, leaving me unable to proceed.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with Twitch's "two-factor authentication." I recently changed my mobile phone number, but I forgot to update it on my Twitch account. I have contacted Twitch support for help, but their response suggested that I wait for my account to become inactive so I can use the Twitch name on another account. I am a Moderator on a small channel and subscribed to one other channel. I have requested to unsubscribe if they cannot recover my account, but they seem unresponsive. I recently received notification from Visa regarding unauthorized charges on my card from twitch.ca on December 25, [redacted]. My 12-year-old son denies making any purchases on your platform, especially after I allowed a one-time use back on October 25, [redacted]. We both confirmed not to repeat this, and I ensured he removed my credit card details from his account. I am puzzled by these charges totaling around $95 Canadian. My son provided his username, Kingborp21. I urgently seek clarification from your team to address this potential misuse of my Visa. I am having trouble signing into my Twitch account because the two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, but I haven't set up an account for Authy. Although it says I should receive a code via Authy or SMS, I am not getting the SMS code. I tried looking into requesting a phone call for the code as suggested on the support site, but I couldn't find that option. My phone number is correct in the Authy app, but I am still not receiving any codes.

I have 2-factor authentication set up on my account, but it seems to be linked to an old phone number that is no longer active. The authentication process is not working, as I am not receiving the token or SMS messages when I attempt to log in. I would like to update my 2-factor authentication to my new phone number. I am currently logged into the Twitch account on my mobile device, but I cannot access it on my PC due to this problem.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding a concerning situation on Twitch. I feel unsafe due to another user stalking my IP address. This individual, a mod from a specific server, has a troubling obsession with me, going as far as saving my information. Despite being banned twice from my favorite server, I encountered further issues when the mod discovered my new account and blocked me needlessly. I possess the person's name and username and urge for immediate action to be taken. Twitch has been unresponsive to my reports about this mod's problematic behavior. I believe the server should be shut down. I also wish to communicate with the main streamer, who I had a good relationship with, about this distressing situation. However, I am unfairly banned and cannot reach out to them. Kindly address this matter with Gabriel Rush, known as @spacebrogabe, to address the issues with his mod and my concerns. This server, despite feeling like a family for seven months, has become hostile towards me. I have lodged a support ticket with Twitch, but any additional help would be appreciated.

I was recently banned on Twitch for accidentally showing inappropriate content. While I understand consequences are necessary, I feel a 30-day ban is excessive for a first offense in my 6 months of streaming. The incident was unintentional, lasting only a second before I rectified the issue by closing it, making the VOD private, and deleting it promptly. I've reached out to Twitch support, but have yet to receive a response after a week, which is very frustrating for my channel's growth. Other streamers seem to receive only warnings or short bans for similar mistakes. I'm eager to know why my punishment was so severe without a prior warning or a shorter ban. Despite trying to reset my password, Twitch requested that I match my email to my username. However, neither my email nor phone number seemed to work for this process. The system informed me that my email and username did not match, even when attempting the "I Don't know my Username" option, which failed to send the requested email.
