I had flights booked to Lefkosa last October which got canceled due to Covid. I opted for a refund voucher, with reference number [redacted][redacted], to rebook later. When I recently tried to use the voucher for flights in May [redacted], I was informed it couldn't be applied to promotional fares, only full-price ones, which are much higher. I usually book promotional fares, so I believe the voucher should apply to my new booking. If I can't use the voucher, I would like the £[redacted] refund option that was previously offered. I am writing about my recent trip with your airline. This was our first time flying with Oman Air. We flew from Muscat to Istanbul on November 7, [redacted], on flight number WY [redacted]. The journey was pleasant, but unfortunately, I discovered a significant amount of money missing from my handbag. It could have been taken during the flight or while at Muscat airport. The missing amount totals [redacted] UK British pounds, in the following breakdown: - 31 notes of 50 pounds = [redacted] - 42 notes of 20 pounds = [redacted] - 17 or 18 notes of 10 pounds - 1 or 2 notes of 5 pounds All the notes were bundled together with an elastic band. I wanted to discuss the flight I booked with Turkish Airlines through your call centre. I began the booking process on my laptop on November 12th to secure a specific seat. Speaking with Riyan at your call centre, he kindly offered to assist and requested my passport and payment to assign the seat. Despite assurances of an email confirmation, this was not completed as agreed. Despite numerous attempts with different employees (Matthew, Dalor, and Bill), the issue remains unresolved. This lack of service has caused significant stress and disappointment. Your stated policies emphasize high-quality service, rapid communication, and timely notifications, all of which I have not experienced. I would like a refund for my return flight from Malta to Cape Town booked with reference no. 0CJ6VF for the dates 19.12.21 to 2.1.22. The ticket was purchased (refundable) through EDreams with their reference [redacted]. Due to current health bans, traveling to South Africa is not possible, and the uncertain situation makes planning ahead difficult. I recently returned from Istanbul on Thursday, 02/12/[redacted], and unfortunately, realized I had lost my phone after the flight from Istanbul to Paris at 3:30 p.m. When the flight attendant tried calling my phone, it was answered by a customs officer who confirmed my phone was left at customs. A friend went to the airport on Sunday to look for the phone but was unsuccessful. She returned today and has been waiting since 9 a.m. without receiving any assistance. Good morning Sir, I purchased a ticket to travel in the middle of [redacted] but had to change it to an open ticket due to visa issues. I am planning to travel on either the 10th or 12th of December [redacted]. However, I have been unable to reach an agent regarding this change. The agency I booked with, lastminute.com, informed me that they have contacted Turkish Airlines but have not received a response, instructing me to contact them directly. I have made a booking for a multi-airline flight through Lastminute.com. The first leg is with Turkish Airlines, and the return leg is with Virgin. Unfortunately, Virgin has canceled the return flight and is offering a refund, as stated on the Lastminute.com website. I am unable to travel without a return flight and have reached out to Lastminute.com via email for further clarification since I am unable to connect with them over the phone. Various airlines, including British Airways and Virgin, have canceled flights to South Africa for December [redacted] and January [redacted], with refunds or vouchers being offered. However, Turkish Airlines seems not to have made any cancellations unless Lastminute.com has not updated this information. I am inquiring about the possibility of canceling the outward leg of the flight.

I modified my ticket to be open, with the understanding that it could be used by December 31st, [redacted]. After reaching out to the airline, they informed me that the ticket had actually expired in August [redacted]. I was under the impression that due to the pandemic, many airlines were extending the validity of tickets. This is why I believed the expiration date had been pushed to December 31st, [redacted]. However, it seems they are not willing to honor the ticket based on this new information. I do have emails confirming the December 31st deadline that was provided to me.

Dear Turkish Airlines in Tehran, I am Nazir Ahmad Tookhy, a Ph.D. student in Malaysia. I recently booked a flight for my family and myself to travel to Kuala Lumpur on December 19. Unfortunately, upon arrival at the airport, we encountered a rushed boarding process and ended up being the last passengers to board. During check-in, I provided all the required documents including my visa, travel authorizations, my wife's visa, my children's visa and MTP, COVID test results, and home quarantine details. However, I was unexpectedly asked for a health certificate which I was not aware of the requirement for Kuala Lumpur. Subsequently, the pilot decided to offload me from the flight, leaving me surprised and stranded. When I inquired at the Turkish Airlines office, I was informed about the health certificate requirement and given a link to obtain it, only to find out it was meant for travels to Sarawak, not Kuala Lumpur. I'm now facing the burden of rebooking my ticket, which I cannot afford as a student. Moreover, I'll need to redo the PCR test and extend my stay in a hotel. I would like to report an issue with my luggage from my recent flights with Turkish Airlines. Upon arriving home and opening my suitcase, I found that all the contents were completely wet. It seems like my suitcase was exposed to heavy rain at Istanbul Airport on December 12, [redacted]. The suitcase is a Samsonite, known for being sturdy.
