Very long story cut short..I have been seding them feedback and calling to no avail of our issue for * weeks.**My wife won * tickets in november last year to Cappadocia with Turkish airlines while we were expecting a baby the following month. We explained the situation and they said we would not have an issue to add our infant to our ticket after.**Here I am after all this getting information now that this is not possible and we need to buy an extra ghost seat to add our infant because there system is not letting them add the infant to our tickets since they were Won and not purchased. They are asking us to buy a ***euro ticket under another passager name (which will not be traveling) and add the infant in that manner. I find this ridiculose from such a big company. My wife is still breasfeading and we cannot leave our infant in Malta.**Hope you guys can help me because im out of ideas.
