Good day, I arrived for my 8:50 PM flight #34 from Houston Texas International Airport with Dar El Salaam travel agent for Hajj at 8:15 due to a 2-hour delay connecting flight from San Antonio, Texas. It was not my fault for being late, but I still thought I had enough time to make the flight. I was informed that the flight had already departed even though it was scheduled for 8:50 PM. I am unfamiliar with the procedures for international flights, so I am kindly requesting a refund for my flight ticket. I possess both British and South African passports and reside in The Netherlands. I am planning a trip from Schiphol to Johannesburg on December 19th, [redacted], and returning on January 2nd, [redacted]. My daughter and I flew with Turkish Airlines from Manchester, UK, to Port Harcourt, Nigeria on September 7, [redacted]. We have yet to receive our four checked bags, and it is now the 11th. Upon arrival in Port Harcourt, we were informed that none of the economy passengers' bags had arrived due to backlogs. They assured us they would contact us once the bags were on the next flight. On August 29th, I received an email from Turkish Airlines regarding the delay of my flight from Windhoek to Johannesburg (related to ticket number [redacted][redacted]). Unfortunately, the call center number provided in the email was not helpful. After spending an hour and about 40 euros on an international call from Namibia to Turkey, I encountered a customer service representative who provided inaccurate information and was unhelpful in resolving my issue or ensuring I wouldn't miss my connecting flight to Istanbul from Johannesburg. Despite the unproductive call, I was able to rebook my flight thanks to Air Namibia.

I noticed two errors in my booking: 1. My full name as per my passport is Emmanuel Ndudinakachukwu Okoroafor, while in the booking I mistakenly wrote Rev. Emmanuel Okoroafor. My husband and I flew from Cotonou to Istanbul on 21.08.[redacted]. We checked in four bags, but none of them arrived. After six days, two bags were located, while the other two are still missing. We have been reaching out for assistance and compensation for a month, but Turkish Airlines has been unresponsive. Having spent all our money on new clothes, we are now financially strained. Hello, I am sharing a concerning experience my mom had during her travel through Istanbul airport. She requires assistance due to being deaf. The airport assistant walked too quickly for her to keep up and failed to communicate a 3-hour flight delay. They were rude, disrespectful, and mishandled her ticket. They even took a picture of her without permission. I would like a refund for our unused return tickets and hope to resolve this matter via email. My father tried leaving a review on the Istanbul airport website but faced technical issues. Proper training and respect for elderly and disabled individuals are expected, unlike this experience. Dear Sir/Madam, I have planned a holiday in Antalya from the 23rd to the 28th of September [redacted]. Initially, I believed I only needed an e-visa. However, as a Libyan national with a travel document, I discovered I needed to apply for a hard visa at the embassy. Hello, this is Anas Hashash. I was scheduled to travel from Mumbai to Istanbul then to Porto, but I was denied boarding the plane to Istanbul. Currently, I am in Mumbai airport with immigration officials, awaiting a valid explanation for the refusal. The immigration office requires the reason for the airline's decision, which has not been provided. Unfortunately, due to this issue, I have lost my Erasmus scholarship. All my documents were in order, and there was no regulation preventing me from boarding the flight. If I am not accommodated on the next flight to Porto, I will take legal action. I need to make changes to my wife and daughter's flight as they need to return home within the next week. I attempted to make the changes on the website of the airline but encountered difficulties. When I finally spoke with a representative on the phone, they informed me that they did not have time to spend with me and needed to assist someone else. In the end, I had to pay $[redacted] to change the tickets. In total, I have paid around $[redacted] for their tickets, not including mine. I usually fly with Emirates and now regret not sticking with them.

Yesterday, my family and I were traveling from Kayseri Airport, Turkey, to Amsterdam with a connection in Istanbul. Sadly, at approximately 12:50 pm, the woman at the counter accidentally damaged my father's Italian passport, specifically the page with his information. This has caused us significant issues as we are traveling across Europe until the 10th of October. We kindly request a letter from the airline explaining the situation to help us navigate airport security without any troubles. We are quite disappointed with the airline due to this unfortunate incident, which has never happened to us before. Regrettably, we cannot recommend this airline to others, especially since the staff member did not offer any solutions to rectify the situation.

On October 1, my partner and I flew in business class from Istanbul to San Francisco with seats 3J and 3K. Our ticket numbers were [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, neither seat was adjustable during the 13-hour flight. Despite the cabin crew's efforts, the issue could not be resolved. This left us exhausted and disappointed, especially after a seamless flight from Houston to Istanbul on September 14. Considering the high cost of business class tickets, we hope Turkish Air can offer compensation for this inconvenience. We had additional connections to Tucson, AZ, and I've informed Odysseys Unlimited about this situation.

My parents recently flew from Delhi to Istanbul with IndiGo Airlines, and their experience was far from satisfactory. The seats were uncomfortable, no hot meals were served, and there was no in-flight entertainment available. This fell short of international standards, and had we known, we would have chosen differently. Now they have a return flight with IndiGo Airlines to Delhi, and I would like to change it for a more suitable option.

My girlfriend was travelling with Turkish Airlines from Jakarta to Hamburg and discovered her luggage was damaged after the flight. During my recent flight from Nepal to Germany with Turkish Airlines, I encountered a troubling experience with one of your staff members.
