case number ********* *On Sunday ********* I attempted to efile my federal return plus * states.*I had purchased Turbotax premier on Amazon, and paid Turbotax $**.** to efile, while using the Turbotax program.*I received tech support on that day to try and complete the efile process, but I failed * times, and eventually printed everything, packaged it all up, stomped off to the post office the next day, and paid again to file by mail.*The error message was "IND-***-** - The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records"*I am ***% certain of my **** AGI and self-select PIN*I successfully efiled in ****, and my situation has not really changed, so I don't understand why I was not successful.*I contacted Turbotax online to request a refund of the $**.** charge for efiling, but have not received any response.*I would like a refund please.*I have been a Turbotax customer for ** years.*Please someone acknowledge my request.
