Dear customer service,**I have been using Turbo Tax to file my income tax in the past years. However, I missed the discount this year so that I realized that I need to pay $***.** for the premium product this year. I have tried to look for other tax software and found HRBlock will charge $**.** for their premium product. Before I go with them, I am wondering that if you can give me the discount which I missed and charge the same price HRBlock charges? If so, let me know how can I work out this deal with you.
