Help with my Turbo Tax issue

I have tried to efile my federal and Arizona state return. My AGI and pin from **** are correct, yet my return keeps getting rejected. Why this is happening? Anything else i can try?* I already paid to efile my state return. If i am unable to do so and need to print out returns and mail them, will i be refunded the $**.**? Do i need to put in a claim for the $**.** or will it be automatically refunded?
GetHuman-normcynd did not yet indicate what Turbo Tax should do to make this right.
