My father died suddenly in Feb, & was just sent a mailer saying his TurboTax Advantage order was enclosed. Must have been a recurring order, because he obviously DIDN'T order it. Has this been charged to a CC... and can I return it unopened by marking DECEASED? If it HAS been charged will returning it cancel charge? Would not even know which CC billed to, or if that account is still open. Tried to submit question to Turbotax, but it said I needed to log into account, & I do not know Dad's login info.
