I filed on *-**-**, got a confirmation email funds would be deposited on *-**-**, yet I never received funds into my checking account. I chose the direct deposit option and provided info. I call the IRS already and they suggest I contact you. Ide like to know what has happened and where the error is so it can be resolved an I recieve my funds. I would like to speak with someone and get information before I put a trace on the return.
