There's a glitch in the system when asked if i want to use last year's agi for this year's returns because I'm inn Florida n can use it for relief of hurricane Irma. When i enter last year's agi, it doesn't apply anything thing to this year's return and it takes away the eic n leaves me with less return. Ridiculous. Why even bother asking cause it won't do it. Also like to know why the turbo tax plus edition that i was charged for last year n didn't need, still hasn't been refunded. This is all getting ridiculous cause the system doesn't understand a **** thing u try to tell it when asked and u can't speak to a **** person who would understand to fix it. Worst ever experience n been messing around with this for waaay too long.
