If you are looking for your refund from the IRS be sure you use the “Where’s my Refund?” link to locate it. If you filed correctly you should see updates regularly within the 21 day period. If you have not waited 21 days since you filed please try and be patient. If it is after 21 days you should call the IRS.
The issue in GetHuman-d_bowdis's own words
I used Turbo Tax to do my sons taxes back in Feb. We submitted them to both STATE and FEDERAL. He received his State within * days, however, he has not received his Federal saying it was still being processes. They accepted his return back in February. At the end of Feb. he received a letter saying it was being reviewed and it would be processed within * weeks. Six weeks would have been today, he called yesterday and nothing has been done. All he was told was that they would send a memo to the department and that it will probably take another * weeks. Why? We have never had a problem and if there was a problem with filing why did they accepted and why did the State process it right away.
GetHuman-d_bowdis did not yet indicate what TurboTax should do to make this right.
