Chose the option for a TurboTax pre-paid visa it was sent to an address never received called you guys was told it was sent back to the IRS and that they would send another then I checked the IRS status today because it supposed to be in the mail at my address and it saying it was deposited to my bank account on the **th and that was not something I did. I looked on my bank account, it’s not there and it’s been more than the time allowed for it to clear through a bank
