Sir,**I was informed by a curt young lady, Diane, on the phone that my meter would be changed out next week. I asked what was wrong with this meter? She said "there is*nothing wrong -with it". I asked why is it to be changed if there is nothing wrong with it? She said that "all meters will be changed out". Again I asked why? She *again, said "all meters are due to be replaced", this went on for several iterations, so I gave up on that inquiry. *I then asked who is paying for this, she assured me that I would not have to pay for it. My next question was, "if TEP is paying for all these meters where *do you suppose TEP gets all this money from?" (Possibly me and all my fellow ratepayers?) No reply.****She then said she would take it up with management. I asked for the name of her manager, she said "it could be one of several". I requested that she*have that person contact me, she agreed to do so.*I feel that in all probably that the chances of that occurring are about as good as that of a snow ball surviving in hades, so I am passing this along *in hopes of a better chance.*How does it benefit me as a ratepayer to have another meter changed?
